i purchased a vehicle back in October of 2021, these people refuse to release the title over to me and are asking that I send an email authorizing them to release my title via Overnight mail and that I should make myself responsible for when the title gets lost. They refuse to send a tracking number but they want me to assume responsibility before mailing me my title which is extreme shady practices. My lawyer advised me not to do so, and that only when they provide a tracking number with details of the shipment including details of my title only then should I make myself responsible for the title. I've now called them over 6 times and they aren't taking my calls. Stay away from this dealership as i am not the only customer who they are currently doing this to. read more

Don't walk but RUN from this place. Short story: I bought a 2007 BMW X3 from Freddy with a written agreement that I could take it to a mechanic to be checked out and, if there were large issues I could return it for a full refund. I realize that this is a used car and don't expect it to be perfect, but there are issues way beyond normal maintenance items. It has bent frame components, massive oil leaks, and other large expensive issues. It's been over a week since I brought the car back and I'm getting a huge run around from everybody I speak to when I ask when my refund will come through. Nobody will give me the name of the manager or the owner and everybody's pointing fingers. Freddy the salesman is complaining to me that he's not getting paid and I'm out almost $7000! This What is the most horrific experience I had with purchasing a vehicle. I was informed that the car had no accidents which I found out later to be falls I asked the dealership to mail me my title which they did not and refused to give me an extension on my temporary registration. The warrantee they sold me was not worth the paper it was written on. My sales person was Juan. Don't Believe anything he says. These people sold a complete damage car that manage to break down the first day I got it and they didn't wanna take the car back within the 3 days I bought it I spend 4,000 on a junk. The people that work there are absolutely disgusting absolutely no customer service they completely ignored my issue. I had to call the cops to get some answers and now I'm in the process of suing them. The cop told me they go there almost every week because they sell cars without titles which is now a bigger issue because I can't register the car my car has to sit. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! needed a car fast, my new car was totaled and while the insurance played out, I came across a 2003 Audi A4. I called and asked what was wrong with the car, Juan picked up and said nothing. I went in to test drive, radio wasn't working, sun visor falling and he assured me all of that would be fixed. IT WASN'T! decided I could deal with that on my own not a big deal. When I went back in to purchase the car he told me that the cars computer had to be replaced, I guess trying to get kudos for having to sell a car that actually works. I noticed check engine light was on and he said the computer needed to reset and to drive a few miles it would turn off....IT DIDN'T!!! I have been back and forth with them, the car will not pass inspection, leaving me with a car I practically shouldn't be driving. Constant texts, calls and visits. THE OWNER'S name is apparently DAVID. called him a bunch of times no answer their response to the issue, car is sold as is... cool! but it is state law a car be sold that is able to pass inspection. Even had the pleasure while I waited for an hour and half for said owner DAVID of meeting another unhappy customer! I have been back and forth with Juan, stated I wanted a refund or for them to fix the car and their response is always the same. I have worked for dealers in the past and this is by far the worst dealer I have ever seen or come into contact with. This place is badly managed, I feel bad for anyone who walks in here. Worst car buying experience ever! Do not buy from these thieves. Promised to take the car back if it didn't tun right after putting fuel injector cleaner in it. Car ran like shit for the 3-1/2 hour ride home and then check engine light comes on and cruise control light flashing. Now they claim that they meant " oh we would take it back and fix it" I asked Danny specifically if he would take the car back if we had issues and he said yes. If you are unfortunate enough to deal with these guys get everything they claim in writing and make them sign it. You are better off just going to another dealer that is honest. ***BUYERS BE AWARE***I went to this dealership to buy a car for my 19yr old daughter that was safe and reliable. I dealt with a sales rep by the name of Danny who I felt at the time was an honest person being that he also has daughters. My husband and I are pretty good at buying vehicles so we knew the one we chose was a good car. But when it came down to purchasing the car we were told we would get it at a certain price with taxes and fees which changed when we went to sign and purchase. Since we were rushing being that she was leaving for college the next day we bought it anyway. It was one of the only good cars on the lot and we were desperate. Once we got home we realized that the 30 day or 1000 mile warranty we were promised was a lie. He had made it so the warranty stated 1000 more miles than we actually had on the car, so the warranty would have been voided due to the 1000 mile max. I called and called and he said he would write a new warranty and never did , I spoke with his coworker Anthony and he said he would also fix it and never did. Apparently the owner is never there or available. I will never do business with or refer to them ever again obviously but BE AWARE IF YOU CONSIDER BUYING THERE. I will be reporting this scam of a business to the better business bureau for sure. read more
