This place is a joke, they did nothing right and deserve 0 stars. I work in the auto industry and…read morewas interested in buying an Infiniti with a salvage title. I wanted to know about the repairs that were done in this car, what type of guarantee/certification/warranty's did they offer? I also wanted to take it for a test drive. I thought I had an appointment to test drive this car and was expecting somebody to try to make me feel comfortable with the fact this this vehicle had a salvage title. They must not have been expecting me, because the car I was interested in buying was surrounded by other cars so I wasn't able to take it for a test drive without them moving the other cars that was surrounding this one. I think the person that was attempting to sell me this car had 0 sales experience. I'm over 40, with my wife and looking to buy a used luxury convertible. He says " this is the type of first car I had and I got all the bitches." Don't make customers feel small by bragging about being spoiled, do you think me and my wife are trying to pick up bitches? Anyway, I looked at the car which was damaged on every panel, while he opened up the top right into the car behind it, and kept asking me "are you financing". No, I'm not doing $#!*, you are wasting my time! Without any effort to move the other cars, the guy explained to me that the owner gives them a hard time letting people test drive the cars because technically they're not insured! What type of business are you running?! We went inside and then some sales person tried to explain to me the difference between a "rebuilt" title and a " salvage" title, even though in insurance, we used these terms interchangeably. Finally, I told them they were wasting my time, I felt uncomfortable, and left.

I read the reviews while sitting there and was on the fence, I really should have listened! We spent 8 hours AT this rundown dealership to overpay for a car that there is NO WAY they actual do a work up on at all. They barely even detail the cars. They told us the reason the car fax didn't show a lot of work done in the car was because the owner did it all on his own and was really meticulous and careful, he just didn't log what he did. how gullible are we?!? Please know this is a HUGE red flag! Within two weeks the car was stalling while driving, the scratch plate beneath the engine was black and showed signs of oil leaks, cabin air filter was BLACK. It's $15 to replace, they couldn't even check that? What a pathetic dealership. We tried contacting the dealership tons of time and they blew us off over and over again. Also, we paid for the brunt of the car in cash and had to put $8k on a debit card and they literally tried to make us pay an extra 3% to cover their credit card fees!...THEIR business expenses. That's a JOKE. Please really be warned! These reviews aren't nonsense, it's a pretty terrible place to get a car from.

After a brutal experience at another dealer, my husband and I came to Garden State Honda hoping to lease an HRV. We were introduced to CJ, who helped us weigh our options and ultimately helped us decide that our best bet was to go with the mid-tier model -- the EX. We gave CJ a price we wanted to be at, and he was able to get us there without any issues. He explained what was happening every step of the way, and was patient whenever we had questions or concerns. A few days later, we came back and signed all the paperwork and left with our brand new car. I was pleased to find that when we signed everything, there were no hidden fees. Everything was JUST as CJ described. TL;DR If you're in the market for a new car, I HIGHLY recommend Garden State Honda for their excellent service and knowledge of cars!

During my first appointment, Justin was listed as my service advisor, though I only learned his name because another service representative mentioned it when retrieving my vehicle. There was little communication and no sense of ownership over my service experience. On my second visit, I stopped in for something extremely simple--checking my tire pressure. I was bounced between two service representatives and ultimately told it would be a three-hour wait and that I needed an appointment. The representative who delivered this information was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Plain and simple: I would rather drive to another state--or halfway across New Jersey--than ever give this service department my business again. I have been a loyal Honda owner since 2001, purchasing multiple vehicles new through AutoNation Honda and always servicing them at Honda dealerships. I travel for work and have lived in several different states, and I have never experienced service this poor anywhere else. I'm honestly shocked this location continues to operate the way it does, given how customers are treated. This was a deeply disappointing experience and not at all reflective of the Honda brand I've trusted for over two decades.

Paul suggested an extended warranty for the truck and because of all of the electronics on a F150 Limited , I thought it was a good idea so I purchased it.. The truck ran perfect but an issue developed on 9-13 in the late evening. The sunroof jammed in the open position. Luckily there was no rain forecasted in the evening. I called early the next morning hoping that the service department could fix it right away. I spoke to Carlos Santana in service who told me he would check to see if they could squeeze me in. Fifteen minutes later , he asked me to bring the truck down at 12. I walked into the service department at 12 and spoke to Dan Sangirardi, he asked me to take a seat in the waiting room and he was going to have the service department evaluate the problem. Ten minutes late he told me that they were on it , had the parts to fix it and it would be done in 30-45 minutes. Service tech Joseph Schultz did the repair. My sunroof works just like new. I was amazed at how well the entire team at Quality worked and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you to all who made this an incredible experience, A five star dealer all the way !!

Advanced Automotives is not a big shop. It doesn't offer a big waiting room with nice amenities or free coffee. It isn't fancy or impressive to look at but it is owned by a guy who is an old school grease monkey who loves cars, trucks and tools. Kevin clearly loves what he does and takes pride in it. He has become a family friend and he has a loyal local following because he is the real deal. He knows his stuff and will happily answer your questions. If he doesn't handle what you need done he knows just who you need to see. A referral from Kevin to another business is solid. He has never steered us wrong. I advise making an appointment because Kevin is one very busy guy.

I feel cheated, fooled, scammed, or anything els you want to call it after losing 15k$ just because I didn't do enough research about this untrusted dealership, Don't be fooled like me with their reviews Online. First I got an Audi Q7 with 86k miles on them for 23k$ with lemon law protect me for 1 month. After only 40 days of purchasing this car, smoke came out from the engine on my way from Connecticut to nyc on the highway, when i called the dealer (owner) and said you sold me a broken car. He basically told me "you can talk all you want on the phone and you won't get anything out of this" straight up direct he scammed me with a piece of shit that i paid a lot for. Of course he knows there's a problem with the car, and he sold it with only one month warranty and the problem happened only 10 days after the warranty ended. I called many lawyers and went around the city trying to get my rights and i couldn't have anything to be on my side. After purchasing used cars for 10 years and having tons of experience, This have been by far my worst experience ever. I went to fix the car at Audi for 1998$ cash cuz the car wouldn't event move, I had to tow it. After healing from this number i paid on top of this car, only 2 month after a bigger problem appeared. The engine burn oil and need an entire new engine for 10,000$. I sold this piece of crap and lost 15,000$ in cash in just 4 month With running only 4K miles on them. AVOID THIS DEALER, not only he didn't help at all or offer anything when the problem happened, but also he was rude with me when i tried to tell him about the broken car. Also the guy who sold me the car his name is Tom Sina, and haven't been any help whatsoever. Of course he stood by the owner side once i had these problems with the car. Make the right choices before you buy a car from there.
