I wanted to know about the repairs that were done in this car, what type of guarantee/certification/warranty's did they offer? I also wanted to take it for a test drive. I thought I had an appointment to test drive this car and was expecting somebody to try to make me feel comfortable with the fact this this vehicle had a salvage title. They must not have been expecting me, because the car I was interested in buying was surrounded by other cars so I wasn't able to take it for a test drive without them moving the other cars that was surrounding this one. I think the person that was attempting to sell me this car had 0 sales experience. I'm over 40, with my wife and looking to buy a used luxury convertible. He says " this is the type of first car I had and I got all the bitches." Don't make customers feel small by bragging about being spoiled, do you think me and my wife are trying to pick up bitches? Anyway, I looked at the car which was damaged on every panel, while he opened up the top right into the car behind it, and kept asking me "are you financing". No, I'm not doing $#!*, you are wasting my time! Without any effort to move the other cars, the guy explained to me that the owner gives them a hard time letting people test drive the cars because technically they're not insured! What type of business are you running?! We went inside and then some sales person tried to explain to me the difference between a "rebuilt" title and a " salvage" title, even though in insurance, we used these terms interchangeably. Finally, I told them they were wasting my time, I felt uncomfortable, and left.

I read the reviews while sitting there and was on the fence, I really should have listened! We spent 8 hours AT this rundown dealership to overpay for a car that there is NO WAY they actual do a work up on at all. They barely even detail the cars. They told us the reason the car fax didn't show a lot of work done in the car was because the owner did it all on his own and was really meticulous and careful, he just didn't log what he did. how gullible are we?!? Please know this is a HUGE red flag! Within two weeks the car was stalling while driving, the scratch plate beneath the engine was black and showed signs of oil leaks, cabin air filter was BLACK. It's $15 to replace, they couldn't even check that? What a pathetic dealership. We tried contacting the dealership tons of time and they blew us off over and over again. Also, we paid for the brunt of the car in cash and had to put $8k on a debit card and they literally tried to make us pay an extra 3% to cover their credit card fees!...THEIR business expenses. That's a JOKE. Please really be warned! These reviews aren't nonsense, it's a pretty terrible place to get a car from.

The fact that service area closes at 5pm sucks but my experience with the Bellavia service department correcting problems covered by the extended warranty that they sell has been stellar! James was great with explaining the process and the repairs needed. NO ONE tried to up sell me a service I did not need on any of my service visits. I repeat NO ONE. When was the last time you took your car anywhere for servicing where some one did not try to up sell you something additional? So in my opinion if you need to buy car that you plan on holding on to until it's not worth repairing buy it from Bellavia and don't forget to buy their extended warranty.l because they stand by it. Yes you might need to wait for an appointment but it is so worth it. James N told me he was just doing his job when he called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. James was awesome! They are not even giving me a loaner car because they say they don't have any cars available. It's a 2022 90K top-of-the-line Tahoe, and these guys crashed it. I would go somewhere else with your car. Update: Bellavia won't state how the incident happened, basically because they know their technician drove carelessly. Unlike a new car that is backed by the maker, a used car owner only resource for problems is the dealer you bought the car from. Once they have your money it is up to them to resolve the problem or just lie to your face. I notice Amaral while driving in the neighborhood and checked there web site and liked what I saw and Yelpers gave them 4 stars. So I contacted then on the car I wanted and they promptly made an appointment to test drive the car. I went and saw the car and it was so clean like if someone went over it with a toothbrush. I went for the test drive and after some lite haggling we agree on a price, I went to my bank got a Cashier Check the owner and General Manager took care of the paper work himself and I drove off with my car, like 90 minutes after showing up it was painless and with no drama. And when there was a delay on getting my title, the Manager's Dad explain and soon called me to pick it up and my plates. I took my time before I wrote this review because I didn't want to do it until I had the car for a while, well I been driving the car 5 months now and no issues. Amaral also has a service department to back up there warranty. and you can bring your car even if you didn't get your car there. I recommend Amaral to anyone looking to buy a good used car.

The service guys at Amaral put my heart at ease. They took my car in and replaced both rear wheel tires for a ridiculously low price. In the past I have always taken my car to Mercedes dealerships for service and paid exorbitant rates for the exact same service Amaral offers. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!!

How does a dealership not have the key to a car they're trying to sell? I left feeling like I wasn't taken seriously as a customer, possibly because of the way I was dressed. A good salesperson shouldn't judge someone based on their appearance. After leaving, I went to Paul Miller Honda and purchased a brand-new car that same day. Guess what? They had the key to every vehicle I wanted to look inside, and they treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. I would never recommend this dealership, and I won't be returning. Train your sales staff to treat every person who walks through the door with respect and professionalism. You never know who's ready to buy.

During my first appointment, Justin was listed as my service advisor, though I only learned his name because another service representative mentioned it when retrieving my vehicle. There was little communication and no sense of ownership over my service experience. On my second visit, I stopped in for something extremely simple--checking my tire pressure. I was bounced between two service representatives and ultimately told it would be a three-hour wait and that I needed an appointment. The representative who delivered this information was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Plain and simple: I would rather drive to another state--or halfway across New Jersey--than ever give this service department my business again. I have been a loyal Honda owner since 2001, purchasing multiple vehicles new through AutoNation Honda and always servicing them at Honda dealerships. I travel for work and have lived in several different states, and I have never experienced service this poor anywhere else. I'm honestly shocked this location continues to operate the way it does, given how customers are treated. This was a deeply disappointing experience and not at all reflective of the Honda brand I've trusted for over two decades.

I truly believed my loyalty would matter. I was wrong. When I recently decided to finance a brand-new vehicle instead of leasing, I was offered an outrageously high monthly payment. Rather than trying to help, the salesperson, Danny, seemed interested only in maximizing the dealership's profit. Every time I asked about vehicle features, his response was dismissive: "Do you even use that?" or "Nobody uses that anymore." That's not how you treat a loyal customer. To make matters worse, after returning my lease, I received a bill for a minor hood scratch and light wheel scuffs--normal wear that can happen from everyday driving. Yet I was charged anyway. In the past, I was also given demo vehicles with thousands of miles, and one had even been involved in an accident before I received it. I have photos documenting that. I cannot speak for every employee, and I always had good experiences with the service department. However, my experience with Danny and sales manager Timothy was extremely disappointing. I felt taken advantage of instead of appreciated. My advice is simple: shop around. Don't assume one dealership has the best deal. Compare prices, negotiate, and don't let anyone pressure you into a payment you're not comfortable with. After leaving Quality Auto Mall, I found another dealership that treated me with respect and got me the vehicle I wanted at the payment I was looking for. Loyalty should be earned and appreciated--not exploited.
