The selection of suits and sizes were impressive, but more than that, the customer service by the Suit Bros team was top tier. Everything was clean and well-organized and they also provide pop-up dressing rooms. They answered our questions about sizing, fit, and tailoring and helped us find what we were looking for. There was such a buzz inside with our fellow brothers along with the original songs playing in the background. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience. The seamstress Garine was kind and helpful, but another employee Zina was so incredibly rude. She came off very kind in the beginning but she is a very hostile woman who made the entire experience a very sad one for me and it's still on my mind. When I went to pick up my dress, she called me and immediately accused me of being "disrespectful" for not doing all my alterations with them--something that was never stated to me as a clear policy. In person, she continued to speak to me harshly and said I wasted their time and what I did was not acceptable. She said it so many times and so aggressively I started to cry, and only then she felt bad for being so ridiculously harsh. I even offered to apologize to her seamstress who she claims I was wasting her time, to which she then told told me "it's not a big deal" To make it worse, I was quoted $50 but charged $75 with no clear explanation. I did not want to further argue so I paid what was asked. I went in to pick up my wedding dress, an experience every girl wants to remember for the rest of their lives and left feeling upset and honestly in tears. No customer should be treated this way. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I only got to try on one dress, and even then, there was no real effort to help me explore options or make the experience enjoyable. It felt like she didn't want to assist me or take the time to work with me at all. The shop itself is in a house, which I don't mind, but the customer service was extremely lacking. On top of that, many of the dresses seemed too short for taller girls, which made the selection even more limiting. Overall, I felt unwelcome, unsupported, and honestly discouraged. Qipao shopping should feel exciting and special, and this was the complete opposite.
