Mike was awesome! I gave him a call because all the other company's were refusing to book due to the potential of rain. Mike said he would come out and if it did rain we would just reschedule. He came out and of course there was no rain so he got straight to work. When he was done he went over the inspection with me, areas of the chimney that were dirtier than others and whether he thought any additional work needed to be done. Mike was very clear and straight forward about the repairs needed for our fireplace. He gave options to choose from and no pressure or upsell. Completed his job in a timely manner . Mike uses his own fabricator and the replacement parts were much better quality than the original. It's worth the wait for these specialized parts. He replaced our flue damper, with an easier to use type, replaced our chase cover and spark arrester. When he first arrived, he inspected and cleaned our entire fireplace.
