    The first time I went there I walked in and was ignored by 3 guys standing around chit chatting…read more Assuming they were customers as they ignored me, I went to the service counter. Same experience. I finally interrupted their conversation to get help for a recall. They made me feel that it was an annoyance that I came to them for service. They are my only local choice so I bit the bullet and still had them service my truck. Recall #2 rolls around. I call them twice and get hung up on before I can even introduce myself. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt of phone issues, I attempted to schedule through chat. After asking me for my information multiple times including VIN (remember, I am a returning customer, they should have this) he tells me he will forward my request to service and they will contact me. Never happened. At this point I'm in it for the entertainment so I schedule with Onstar. No response. I sent Chevy a not so supportive response. This is a recall, GM has a defect that endangers their customers and this piece of work dealership can't be bothered to accept a phone call or a schedule. Please stay away. I sent a complaint to Chevy; haven't heard back from them either.

If you stand there long enough one of the 3 guys standing there will finally ask if they can help you. I felt as if I was bothering them. They said they would pull my car in "this time" I understand I had no appointment and this ain't vegas but I really felt as if I was an inconvenience (by his tone of voice and gesture) while in the waiting room I picked up they don't wash your car so I got up and asked the cashier and she was no different... she said I have to ask before they take the car, as if I know the procedure or it was on a sign. She just sat there and told me I could go ask Phil, I think the guy I upset for walking in without an appointment so I said never mind as I was already made feel as I was being done a favor by them servicing my car. I have one star cause they took my car and pulled it back immediately. That's another thing they weren't even busy, all three were just sitting there. Not even sure if they will check fluids or tires. Such an uncomfortable feeling, horrible customer service from every one whom I made contact with hoping the lube job is good
