Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. But that was disregarded and started any way. Highly unprofessional place and strongly don't recommend bringing your car here if you love or care for your car. I have been lied to and disrespected. They pulled my car up near the front door when finished, held the building door open for me and opened my car door!! Not sure if they do that for everyone or all the time. It was snowy out, so it was a very nice gesture regardless. Plus, there was a thank you note and free bottle of water waiting for me in my vehicle for me when I got in!!! What service!!! The first time I went there I walked in and was ignored by 3 guys standing around chit chatting…read more Assuming they were customers as they ignored me, I went to the service counter. Same experience. I finally interrupted their conversation to get help for a recall. They made me feel that it was an annoyance that I came to them for service. They are my only local choice so I bit the bullet and still had them service my truck. Recall #2 rolls around. I call them twice and get hung up on before I can even introduce myself. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt of phone issues, I attempted to schedule through chat. After asking me for my information multiple times including VIN (remember, I am a returning customer, they should have this) he tells me he will forward my request to service and they will contact me. Never happened. At this point I'm in it for the entertainment so I schedule with Onstar. No response. I sent Chevy a not so supportive response. This is a recall, GM has a defect that endangers their customers and this piece of work dealership can't be bothered to accept a phone call or a schedule. Please stay away. I sent a complaint to Chevy; haven't heard back from them either.

She just sat there and told me I could go ask Phil, I think the guy I upset for walking in without an appointment so I said never mind as I was already made feel as I was being done a favor by them servicing my car. I have one star cause they took my car and pulled it back immediately. That's another thing they weren't even busy, all three were just sitting there. Not even sure if they will check fluids or tires. Such an uncomfortable feeling, horrible customer service from every one whom I made contact with hoping the lube job is good
