Pickering Automotive has given extraordinary automotive care each time my car has been serviced there. They have never tried to take shortcuts or cheated me in any way. As an example, I took my car in recently and told them another place (Tuffy's) said I needed front and rear brake pads ASAP and so I asked the guys at Pickering for a price to compare. Pickering gave me the price, which was less than the other place (no surprise to me). I took my car in and when I picked it up later that day, they told me the rear brakes were still good for another 12,000 miles. I feel that any other place would have gone ahead and replaced them since it's what I requested, whether they needed it or not. On another note, my aunt was in town and needed emergency work done to her car so I told her to have Pickering work on it. The cost was the same price as her small town mechanic's price would have been. They treated her as if it was a small town business and she said she was so impressed that she's praised their name numerous times to Lincoln friends.
