I called and got a wonderful reception and offer to get a diagnosis and if the repairs are done in shop, the diagnostic fee is included in repairs. They were very friendly very communicative, seemed very honest and interested in making sure that you had a great experience. I was able to hang out in the shop office while they looked at my car and tried to figure out what was going on. It was a very nice experience, a lot different than a lot of other mechanics that I've visited in my lifetime. I would definitely recommend you visit their shop or at least give them a call and see what they might be able to help you with. Very happy and will come back again soon.

They pulled my car up near the front door when finished, held the building door open for me and opened my car door!! Not sure if they do that for everyone or all the time. It was snowy out, so it was a very nice gesture regardless. Plus, there was a thank you note and free bottle of water waiting for me in my vehicle for me when I got in!!! What service!!! When I described the problem to a staff member, he stated I'd have to go to the dealership, based on what I had described to him over the phone. Without going into great detail, he wouldn't even consider that the problem could be handled by 6 to 6 without having to take it to a dealership. I expected him to offer to have me bring it in so they could at least look at it, but he seemed unwilling to have 6 to 6 even attempt to resolve the issue. I'm so disappointed in the lack of customer service from a shop I'd been relying on for years. I've found a new repair shop, but I'm really sorry to have to end my customer relationship with 6 to 6 Auto Service. Perhaps they can afford to lose customers over the poor customer service provided by one employee who apparently doesn't understand how to accommodate a client.
