We've been taking our car to InMotion for a little over three years now, and have never regretted…read moreour decision. We switched to InMotion after moving to a neighborhood which was relatively close, and thought we'd give them a try. Our first experience has been like every experience, whether it's just an oil change, or more complicate work, fantastic. Regardless of the work we have done, they will always give us the a report on the cars condition, and check everything over. The report is very thorough and we receive a print out copy, and have a copy emailed to us. In most cases, the report list items that would be nice to have done, but not absolutely necessary. Sometimes, the report lists items that are more urgent. We always get the honest breakdown on the findings, from Jared, or one of the other staff regarding what needs done, and what can wait, or what isn't that important. Most of the time, there's nothing urgent enough to even mention, but when there is, they are completely non-pressure. The will let us know the details in a way we can understand, and leave the decision totally up to us. They have never pressured us. A few times there were items found that may cause serious damage or safety, and they will let us know, but still not pressure us to have any work done on it. If there are a few items that do need to get fixed, and you decide to have the most important ones done, they will work with you to decide which ones are better to do now, and which ones could be put off until later, again with complete non-pressure. Almost every time we've had more done than an oil change, we have noticed a big difference in the way the car drives when after we've picked it up. We've never had to take the car back after it's been serviced, due to any issues, and have always been very happy with what was done to it. Our car is getting older (2008), and I hate to get rid of it because it still looks and runs great, because we try to take care of it, but it is getting to the point where it does need a bit more work from time to time. It's comforting to know we have an honest and reputable place to take our car where we know they will not try to take advantage of us, and will always do a great job on anything we have done. They can do just about any type of work. We had our clutch burn out last year when my wife was driving, and I was in the hospital at the time. She called InMotion, and they took care of everything, from the towing to the repairs, and there was very little my wife needed to do. They have always been very friendly and professional every time we have taken our car in, no exceptions. I'm sure we'll be taking our current car in for quite a few more years, based on it's continued performance, and the great work that they do, and will definitely want to take our new car in when we decide to eventually get a new one. Why go anywhere else when we get so much bang for our dollar at InMotion. I know we could save a little money by taking our car to a cheap oil changing service, but we care too much about our vehicle to risk not having the job done right, and not getting nearly the personal care and expertise workmanship we have gotten here, just to save a few dollars. We are so glad to have found a place we can trust and always gives us great service on all the work they do.

I've been a VW Golf GTI owner now since 2012, and I have to say, I've not had one hiccup with either my vehicle or their service. Now, I will say, I do baby my vehicle as it's my first vehicle that I've personally owned since becoming a "big boy," as it were, i.e. got a big-boy job as a nurse. In this light, I do bring in my own oil (I like to throw in 0W-40 SAE weight oil all year round; otherwise if they do it they run I believe 5W-40 - a thicker viscosity which I would be okay with, but it does get cold here in Nebraska so prefer the thiner 0W-40 for this reason for cold-COLD-startups) and filter for them when servicing my oil-change / tire rotation. They are happy to only charge $20 buck for labor! This past weekend I not only had fast service on an early Saturday morning (they are open every other Saturday), but when Lori the service manager there told me when it was time to pay, "Merry Christmas." She circled the "Total Due" line at the bottom and it read, $0.00 Dollars. She didn't charge me any labor at all for her service team's work. Now this doesn't happen every time. But on occasion, she'll throw in one of these nice "Merry Christmas" greetings a few times a year! Schwroer's facility is always clean.
