Later I got a text from Omaha saying they can't do the price that I want. So they were planning on making me drive up to Omaha and told me they can't do it. I would highly recommend Honda of Lincoln. The staff is flippant about inquiries, and have no real interest in helping customers, even if you are a loyal Honda buyer. After purchasing a new Civic there, we had our trade devalued because they pulled the service records (which were incomplete as we had work done other places) and tried to take thousands off the trade-in value for things they thought weren't maintained. Total joke. Service has also stonewalled us on engine repairs under extended warranty due to our vehicle having a previous salvage title for side damage that was repaired. Basically, they will look for any string they can pull to make you spend more money. It's the definition of a shady used car dealer. If you want to be treated well and valued as a customer, do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Gary is transparent with pricing options and will work with you to make sure you get what is necessary for your situation without trying to oversell or pressure you into fixing what can wait. You can get an estimate and think it over without feeling obligated to decide right away. If you are looking for premium welding work, Gary and his apprentices are very skilled. My 3" exhaust looks and sounds great, and I have seen firsthand the precision of other work they have done. Alignments, tires, suspension... I have been very happy with the work they have done on my cars as these are not things I could easily do on my own. I am a repeat customer for these in particular. Only the best parts, fresh tires, no junk. When doing work, if there is something of concern noticed during inspection, they will let you know what is going on and the severity, but there is no pressure to fix it unless you are ready. Also, the classic/antique vehicle restoration work going on here is absolutely amazing to see. They are able to transform even a "lost cause" shell of a vehicle into total showpiece. No corners cut, the detail is exquisite. They work on literally anything with a motor and/or wheels. Good people, truly a family business, highly recommended.

I had just had my car painted twice now with Todd at Muscle Car Concepts and Restoration here in Lincoln. He does great work! I told him that I needed a new exhaust and was not happy at the place that I just went to here in Lincoln. Todd told me that his brother could do my exhaust. His brother, Gary owns Otto Performance, also here in town. I thought, wow, great! I know he would help me, since he is trust worthy and reliable! I went to Gary's shop right away. He is very knowledgeable and a kind man. I explained my situation to him and he got me in as soon as he could. He was even able to locate the right parts for my car since it is hard to come by parts for my car model. He explained how my exhaust was and what he could do to make it work the best! Need a technician, talk to Justin!!…read more It has been over a year with an AC problem with my Rigmaster APU. I was having to idle due to lack of working AC on the APU. I was being charged over & over again for supposed leaks & recharging the system. I had my own mechanic check it: He let me know, there were no leaks. Still other shops were trying to still fix leaks. None actually checked the entire systems' components & it's electronics as requested. Finally was able to get over to Nebraska Rigmaster. Justin tested everything. He took his time and his notes on his work were excellent; precise with individual readings for each component & his adjustments, replacements, etc. he is definitely a professional. What I needed was an AC clutch on the Compressor, but the components are all one unit. So, it was replaced. The Control Unit had shorted out, due to the bad AC Clutch, which early detection may have prevented the Control Unit from shorting out. Replaced that. I have AC again, finally. Had other shops done their job & tested the equipment. Money could have been saved. It's a shame, that in this industry; we have more people trying to make money on truckers, than actually doing the job requested. Thank you Big Rig, Nebraska for a job well done & an excellent (Josh) Technician.
