After calling back to asked further questions, they proceeded to tell me that the previous owner had damaged it (I am the only owner of this vehicle) and therefore they fixed it with a "standard mirror". The mirror they replaced it with was clearly very cheap and they did not offer any other solutions to fix the fact that it was rattling around and difficult to see out of. They also broke a personal item that was hanging from my mirror, which happened to be from a deceased family member. And there was no notice or apology given for the broken item. And unfortunately, this item could have been removed from the mirror without any damage. It appeared as if the staff member simply grabbed the item and ripped it off.
