I was able to get in contact with him immediately, and I felt confident of his assessment and recommendation options from the pictures of the chips, now cracks, in my windshield that I sent, and he drove to meet me for the repair. I watched his process and explanation as he worked, and was extremely impressed by his professionalism, approachability and knowledge of the car windshield in industry and safety in general.
