Not only did they put my truck back to near new condition they CAME OUT to my house (in the country mind you) to look over the truck and then went to the shop and wrote up an estimate. Also had them fix my rockers and cab corners and extremely happy with the service. Always keeping me updated on the progress of the truck and advised me of my body bushings being rusted out so they replaced them at the same time!

Perez Auto saved my day! I was on a road trip from Denver to Milwaukee when my brakes started…read moremaking an awful noise. I stopped at an O'Reilly's in Lincoln who recommended Perez Auto and the owner saw that one of my brake pads had worn down so much that it was damaging the rotor. He was able to get the parts quickly at 8pm and replace the brake pads and rotor at an extremely reasonable price. He was very friendly and I was thankful to find a local auto shop who didn't try to overcharge someone who needed help quickly on the road.

I believe the owner, Al Perez, purposely messed up my car when test driving it. I paid him to put…read moretwo struts on it, and then asked him to test drive it afterwards. When he did so (alone) he was gone (test driving my car) for about 15 minutes, a ridiculously long time, and after he returned my car was extremely hot, as if it had been driven two hours, and I continued to have heating issues with my car every since, with the temp. gauge inside the car now not working (although it did before). This did not exist before Perez test drove it and my car had NO heating issues before I took my car to Perez but after he test drove it for 15 minutes, these problems immediately existed. I'm sure Perez did something to it while he was test driving it. Although I've talked to him about this, he dismissed it and denied doing anything but I know he did. My car was fine until after he test drove it. There is something wrong with this man. I'm also aware he never gives people a receipt for work done and when I asked for one, he gave me something handwritten that showed work he did but it did not show that I paid him cash for the work, as a receipt should show. I don't think this man pays tax to anyone and this is why I believe he doesn't give receipts for work done or money received. This would be proof that he's received money. Stay away from this place. This man is corrupt, and my car was "ruined" by him. I brought him a car with no heating issues and took back a car that had this. This can't be coincidental.

I've been a VW Golf GTI owner now since 2012, and I have to say, I've not had one hiccup with either my vehicle or their service. Now, I will say, I do baby my vehicle as it's my first vehicle that I've personally owned since becoming a "big boy," as it were, i.e. got a big-boy job as a nurse. In this light, I do bring in my own oil (I like to throw in 0W-40 SAE weight oil all year round; otherwise if they do it they run I believe 5W-40 - a thicker viscosity which I would be okay with, but it does get cold here in Nebraska so prefer the thiner 0W-40 for this reason for cold-COLD-startups) and filter for them when servicing my oil-change / tire rotation. They are happy to only charge $20 buck for labor! This past weekend I not only had fast service on an early Saturday morning (they are open every other Saturday), but when Lori the service manager there told me when it was time to pay, "Merry Christmas." She circled the "Total Due" line at the bottom and it read, $0.00 Dollars. She didn't charge me any labor at all for her service team's work. Now this doesn't happen every time. But on occasion, she'll throw in one of these nice "Merry Christmas" greetings a few times a year! Schwroer's facility is always clean. They usually have cookies and or coffee in the mornings if You go then, and their sales team is also super informative while You wait. Very helpful all around!
