Dr Jorge Green was fantastic. My coordinator Janice Dysam was so helpful every step of the way! First was the prep, they send you all the info on dieting, the locations, the surgeons. Everything is available so you are informed along the way. Then the day you arrive at the airport it's all personal service, they text you and call to make sure your flight is on time and that you've arrived. Your personal driver is available at the airport to drive you across the border in San Diego. Easy peasy! Then you get checked into the hotel, nice and easily 4-5 star American style hotel. The hardest part is that you're in Mexico and you can't eat any of the wonderful food. Next day you walk downstairs and cross the lobby to the second tower of the hotel, go up 6 floors and you are at the LIMARP Bariatric weightloss center for the procedure. They get your vitals, explain everything to you, your personal coordinator on site comes to check on you. Then it's just a waiting game. Surgeon DR Green is fantastic, he explains the surgery, talks about the the procedure options, answers questions and is honestly the nicest doctor you've ever met. Once you are out of surgery you meet with the Dr. he gives you photos of your stomach if you want to see them, and he gives you his cell phone number to call him whenever you need him. 5 Star Service hands down! read more

Everything was great, the hospital was extremely thorough in vetting me before surgery. I had 4 different doctors check me out and sign off before surgery. I got better care post op. then I have in the US after surgery. My wife was super skeptical but by the time it was over she recommended doing the procedure in Mexico to two of her friends. I have had two family members have the same procedure in the US and I can honestly say I got better treatment and less complications. Dr. Green did my surgery and I would recommend him anytime. The people who scheduling and driving us around were great Cyrel was our coordinator and Lilly our driver. I had the surgery 5 weeks ago and the nutritionist still follows up with me weekly. I had my Gastric Sleeve on October 20, 2017 and have lost about 90 pounds. My goal is to get to about 140/130 pounds. I started at 253 pounds when I had my surgery. Very pleased with all the staff at Mexico Bariatric Services. Dr. Green was amazing and could not have had a better experience from start to finish. I would say the only obstacle I faced with the staff at the Florence Hospital that they did not speak a whole lot of English, but they had their translators and we were able to communicate fine. Oh, and the air conditioner didn't work very well in our room so my husband and I were a little warm. Other than those minor things it was a very good experience. read more

My coordinator Mayna handled everything for me and was always there to answer my questions and I mean I had a million questions. I'm 28 lbs down in 11 days after the sleeve. Very trustworthy people and very clean facility. To be completely honest the Rio Hospital was cleaner than most hospitals in the United States. If I could recommend this facility to anyone i would I had an amazing experience. The only thing I would say is make sure to have a translator on your phone for the evening times. I paid cash at the hospital and never had any issues. You would be in very great hands to go through this company for the weightloss. read more

Everything about my experience was great. My case worker Myna was amazing. She was always very prompt with a response to any question or concerns I had. She scheduled my surgery and hotel stay to accommodate my husband and myself. We were both very comfortable with everything. I enjoyed the accommodations, we had a beautiful view from our room.
