Before we even order water and corn chips with a spicy dip is brought to the table. We are celebrating a belated birthday with a gift voucher. As this is a new restaurant there is a promotional period and we are fortunate to tap into it. Nevertheless the waitress and the owner are happy to treat us to their best. This is not just the food but the service and the little touches that encourage people to come back. The starters is quite large, share between two or even more. The main meals are huge and we had to ask for a doggy bag as they were so good and we couldn't just leave them. We had coffee at the end of the meal...ok it was lunchtime...a glass of wine or a Mexican beer would have been nice...but we were driving and the weather was terrible. Let's be safe this time! There will be another time..especially as this little gem is open of a night. Well, out came our coffees and so did two chocolate churros! Wow! Complimentary. So yummy!!! Let's taco about it!…read more I stumbled upon this place after getting off the bus. After a quick look at the menu I decided on the stir fried spicy pork tacos. It had a 2/5 pepper rating for spice level on the menu. I was thinking I would need hot sauce, but the spice level was perfection! It was so good and balanced. The tacos consisted of marinated spicy pork, cabbage sauce, pico de gallo, gouchujang aioli, sour cream and guacamole. Talk about a marriage of flavor! Each bite was delicious!! The tortillas were also good and definitely tasted home made. They even appeared to be grilled a bit, which gave the meal a whole new experience as well. Service was quick and efficient. I believe I only waited about 5 minutes for my tacos to come out. I would absolutely recommend coming here!

The server gave me a choice to seat (inside/outside) and (4 person seat - sofa seat or two person seat) and I took the sofa seat so that I am able to see the whole layout of this restaurant. Was given the menu and I was indecisive on whether to get savory (breakfast) or sweet pancakes and ended up getting myself a Strawberry field pancakes (butter pancakes). The butter pancakes came in very good portions. It was soft yet fluffy. The strawberries on the sides were fresh and cut into halves (they probably give me around six strawberries). There was a little of strawberry jam as well together with a vanilla ice-cream which blended nicely in this dish. I love it as it wasn't too dry. You will pay at the counter. Clean and tidy as you would expect, and I've enjoyed my favourite beef burrito bowl and a beer for a casual dinner.
