I just came back from Mexico. As you can imagine the post holiday depression has kicked in and I am feeling fragile. This was exactly what I needed to reminisce about beautiful playa deal Carmen in Mexico. Dos señoritas is probably as authentic as it gets in sydney. The Decor is so reminiscent of Mexico!!! I love it! I went during lunch on a week day so it was quite. The guacamole was to die for although I wish they would serve it in a molcajete (traditional mortar) for extra authenticity. If the owner is reading this please take it into consideration. I had tamales and they were to die for. I will be coming back here with my group of friends during a weekend so we can bring a touch of Mexico back In our lives.

I travelled 45 minutes in traffic on a Thursday night to get to this restaurant after reading the reviews. I was not disappointed, great food, service and atmosphere. The chicken with mole sauce was delicious I highly recommend it. Will defiantly travel again to have this Mexican food

Best Mexican food in Sydney. Super authentic (the owner is from Guadelajara) and BIG portions! Come hungry is all I can say...

Dos Senoritas is a great place to eat when you've worked up an appetite. This mexican restaurant in Gladesville serves up big portions of nachos, tacos, burritos and more mexican style food that will sure to have you satisfied. Try one of their great tasting mexican beers, while snacking on their complimentary corn corn chips and salsa before your meal arrives. I'd recommend getting the mixed soft shell tacos plate as you get all three beef, pork and fish varieties or if you want to try something different the rice, beef and beans served in corn husks are also great.

Best Mojito! Fast service. I love the welcoming home made corn chips and hot salsa dip! My favorite dish is taco salad with chicken. This little gem with atmosphere is a must visit for anyone who loves Mexican good!

Hands down, the BEST Mexican in Sydney! I looove this place. The customer service is great and the food is amazing, not to mention HUGE. I've tried several things on the menu and have never been disappointed. My favourites are the soft tortilla chicken tacos, gringo burrito and taco salad - soo yum! Their mojitos are on point, too. I usually have dinner here every few months and everyone I take with me rates it - it's always a huge hit. The only thing I wish they did was Pina Coladas! :)

Always packed out but they always are happy to squeeze you in on "the bar" where you have just as good service.

Simply the best Mexican restaurant with great food, quick service, and a real Mexican atmosphere.

This is a great place for Mexican food. Portions are large, staff friendly, and most importantly the taste is excellent.

The food tastes like an odd fusion between Mexican and Indian food. The place is cheaply decorated.

You could honestly share a main between a couple if you smash the guacamole, dips and corn chips beforehand.

They did seat us under a staircase and it was annoying hearing the heavy footsteps stomping up and down throughout dinner service. The food was very good to stellar! As others have mentioned, the Tacos are King here. Tartare Tacos are amazing, and we loved the Salmon Civiche and the carnitas tacos, as well. Flathead Civiche was delicious, Brussels Sprouts were super tasty, and we also enjoyed the twice cooked Pork Belly. Not so good was the Pato Ahumado. The mole was really tasty but not enough, and the breast was really tough and fatty, plus no proper cutlery provided. Really disappointing, as we couldn't eat or enjoy it and it was like we just threw $72 away. While I did appreciate their coursing, we did wait for long periods between. Cocktails were good, as was a glass of wine, but pours are very light. Recommended, for sure. Avoid the duck.

The tacos were amazing!! The chips and dip were also very good and had a nice balance of flavor. Was something unique that I had not tried before. Everything tasted high quality with a large depth of flavor. Would highly recommend!

It is a pity to give two stars as the taste and presentation of the breakfast was good…read more We were after an early breakfast in Lane Cove where we could sit down without being in one of their "pneumonia alley" cafes. This has an "outdoor area" at the entrance to one of the arcades but quite a large indoor seating area. We had to change our table three times as the air con was blasting air directly down on the centre tables. This was probably why all the tables were occupied on the periphery. The coffee was not very nice at all. The poor waitress all had a shocker and spilt it on delivery to the table....I am sorry she didn't spill the lot. It was luke warm, no froth and the beans tasted burnt (goodness knows how that happened as I don't think they roast them there). The french toast was good. The poached eggs were on sour dough with a really tough crust. No problems with the taste but the implements given to me to cut the crust were useless. The knife wouldn't have cut butter despite being serrated. I was either cutting off too large a piece (limiting the amount of cutting) or too small a piece running the risk of firing it across the table. The service was fine and the food was good but the coffee & experience was poor.

Stopped by to grab coffee and a few sweet items…read more Order & pay at the counter. This place sends mixed signals. There is stuff everywhere and the menu is different on special days. They have a Mexican night and then European menu for lunch & dinner. I liked the sound of the Acai Berry bowl so kept a mental note to stop by for that. They sell Addiction food truffles - I love these! Especially the Chocolate Orange & Coconut & Mint Chocolate. Good coffee too!

We asked twice what the delay was and they said both times "I don't know, I'll ask", but never got back to anyone. And then did it again for the next course. Secondly, the food that came out was so sparse, it was not worth the price we paid. Especially considering the size of our group. The profit would have been tremendous for them and we barely got a whole serving of entree and two-three tiny fajitas with hardly any meat each. Thirdly, the service was very poor. They stepped on people's feet with no acknowledgement, they did not respond to our questions about the delays, and after 2.5 hours when we had finally received the main course (literally, it took that long to serve two courses of hardly any food) I asked about leaving 'early' and skipping dessert, which would include a discount, to which they actually laughed and said that's not how it works. I complained about the service as well and said we shouldn't have to pay $30 a person for such long delays in a group setting. The response was 'the kitchen is too small' so it took longer to make for two tables...you don't need a big kitchen to get nachos with hardly any meat on them to two tables, and you certainly don't need a 20 minute gap. Same goes for the serving size of our fajita plates, which was probably 10 single serve plates to share between 30 people with maybe 8 pieces of meat in each tops. It doesn't need that much space, or take that long. It was shocking. We will never be back here.
