The ambiance was nice but the food wasn't cooked properly and the waiter didn't even speak English so service was bad and I saw the received a score of 68 from the health department for various code violations including food contamination and rodents! I'm not going back after that! read more

Ordered here tonight and spent nearly 70 dollars. The white cheese was water, the nacho supreme was soggy and looked like it came from taco bell sitting in a tin can of water, the chicken was scarce, my sons grilled cheese wasn't even melted. I'm so p*ssed off read more

Went to lunch after reading their web-site mentioning it being an authentic Mexican restaurant. Wrong! Ordered the beef taquitos from the lunch menu. I have traveled thru out Mexico and never had hamburger meat in my taquito. At least I think it was hamburger meat, tasted like low grade mystery filler. I brought up my concern with my server and she went to the me no understandy mode (BS). Terrible food. Terrible service. I do not recommend! read more

Service was awful, we came in more than an hour before close and was rudely rushed through our entire meal. While on top of that the waitress who took our order swept dirt onto my girlfriend while we were eating. The remaining time we were eating the employees were talking very loudly and staring at us turning our dinner into an awkward experience. read more

Steak on my fajitas was burnt. I love the wings and this is the go to for wings. My grandson polo Loco was perfect. read more

Mexi Wing IV - The steak was over cooked and hard. - Mexican Near Me - Sweetwater, Tennessee

Still the best wings around!!Always enjoy picking up some for take home or sitting down and eating them fresh out of the toss.

I have lived and worked in Texas and in soCal, so I feel like I know good Mexican food. This place didn't look like much from the street, but just WOW! the food may very well be some of the best Tex-mex I've had anywhere. The Service was great. Beers were cold. What more can you ask for? This will be added to my list of regulars in this area! read more

Disgusting restaurant. The food was always a little off but there isn't many options in this small town so I've been here a few times but that won't happen again after I saw the received a score of 68 from the health department for various code violations including food contamination and rodents!! read more

we stopped because of the sign...crowing about the best wings. what we found was the worst wings that we ever paid for. if we had not got them to go I would have refuse to pay for them. Fried so they were as crisp as pork rinds, meat was as dry as cardboard, assuming you could chew them. Sorry this seems brutal...we each tried to eat one and couldn't...had to throw the box away. If it matters the hot sauce was very good. read more

Travelling through the area and tried this spot for dinner. Not a fancy place but popular with locals. Hubby had chicken salad and I had chicken fajita salad. Both were really good and chicken had definitely just come off then grill. Would eat there again if we are in the area. read more

We came to this place because it said it had they had famous wings. We thought "famous wings at a Mexican restaurant! No way!" Well.. yes way. Not only are the best wings in Tennessee, they're the best wings We have ever had. The seasoning is amazing, the wings are super crispy. And the Mexican food is also amazing. The chunky guacamole is a must try. Go to Mexi-Wings!! read more

Food was really good with a good atmosphere. Wasn't to packed for a week day. The service was quick and was constantly checked in on.

Never and i mean never eat here there are roaches everywhere the food is rotten i caught a virus from eating there that got so bad. The service is ok. And the employees smoke inside there was a cook lighting a cigarette up inside at the main area of the restaurant. There are so many better places to eat so NEVER EAT HERE one last thing its so bad i almost called the health inspector out there but that wouldn't be the only time thats happend to that place. read more

The "sports bar" portion was loud and annoying. I was actually looking forward to sitting and watching sports, but it's more like a 21year old's bar playing rap loudly. Wings were okay but over cooked. Beer was cold, but of course they were out of the one I really wanted. Staff was nice, but I'm not going back. read more

Unorganized, lack customer service, and not so clean. Order food online 40 mins ago and still waiting. No acknowledgement that they forgot my online order or nor did the people apologize for the wait. If I could give them zero stars I would. Just stopping by on a trip and I get why they get patrons... one of few mexican joints in this town. Do better to your customers. read more

Food was heavy, lids of the fajitas got smashed because of the weight dripping all over my foot. Got home and we started eating and the fajitas did not have the tomatoes in it. On the menu the fajitas that I ordered said bell pepper onion, tomatoes there were no tomatoes. Sorry that makes the fajitas even better. Also, the three meat fajita meat is completely over cooked not good making it chewy. Service was good. People were nice but I would not recommend it twice. Hot wings are good. read more

We passed by the area from something to eat before continuing on our way home from our travels. At first glance, you wouldn't think it's as good as it looks. It's not, it's much better. We are big wing fans and wanted to try the "Famous wings" and glad we did. They were very good, and generously sized. We only had two "cons", you can't do more than one flavor of wings without being charged differently. Also, there was no indication on the heat of the wing flavors. Would've been nice but we we're still happy with our selection! read more

We probably should have left when there were no Covid guidelines being followed. However, there were roaches in the bathroom....which I only found after our food came out wrong....twice. Terrible. Will NOT be back. read more

I had the Huevos con chorizo and they were great. Their chips tasted homemade, they had Queso blanco which is the ONLY true Queso, and great salsa. They even had salsa verde. Compared to other Mexican restaurants in the state, this place serves authentic style at cheap prices. If you speak Spanish, speak it to the staff! They're super friendly and te van a tratar como familia. :) I have no doubt that their 'famous wings' live up to their reputation, and I plan on trying some next time! Thanks mexi-wing IV for giving me one of the only good meals I've had in this area! read more

We stopped in to meet up with a friend and got us some barbecued wings and they were super good. Meaty chicken wings with a good flavored sauce. We will be back to try a few more menu items and Mexi Wings might become a regular stop for us. read more

Totally not what we expected, but it was so good. Clean, great menu, and even though we came in a half an hour before closing, our food came out hot, fresh, and with a friendly smile. read more

Nope, never again. I can't even explain how disappointed I am with my service here. Ordered queso- never came. Ordered guacamole- never came. Ordered a beer- never came. And my daughter's meal came ten minutes after the rest of our food! The food is good, but it's hard to score food that you wanted and never received. read more

Mexican restaurant that is pushing the buffalo wings. I only had the fajitas, and they were average. The guacamole didn't seem very fresh either. It's an ok place to stop at if you are in a pinch. Friendly staff. read more

Don't drive by, the food is great. Had wings and a chicken burrito both were excellent. Best Mexican and wings in the area. I look forward to coming back to try more things. read more

This is my absolute favorite place to eat out! It may not be the fanciest place, decked out all nice with candles and waiters in a tux but the food has those places beat by a long shot! I have to laugh and give you a few laughs when I say I would no doubt hands down choose Mexi Wing over say Olive Garden, Ruby Tuesday, or even Longhorn Steakhouse. 100%. They pretty much know exactly what my husband and I order every Sunday we come in. Pollo Loco. Grilled Chicken pieces, rice, and this AMAZING cheese sauce that's to die for! I can typically finish all of mine AND part of hubby's. Their chips and salsa is awesome as well! I just can't stop once I start. Or maybe it's because I am pregnant. The waiters are very nice and won't leave you waiting around. Point is, I love this place and would give more stars if I could! read more

You know how they say, don't judge a book by its cover? Well, don't judge this restaurant by its looks. It leaves much to the imagination but the food is good and the service is great. The margaritas are good and are two for one during happy hour. The wings are always fresh and crispy. The lemon pepper wings are my favorite. Don't pass up this great Mexican restaurant, give it a try! read more

This place is terrible. We had the a simple order took to Waitress take our order salsa sucked. Floor was nasty no silverware I would never recommend this to anyone my rating for them as a zero I don't know if they where parting in the back or what. read more

Ok I went in not expecting much and was severly disappointed. I ordered the enchillada plate and what came out was dark brown and tasted like beef gravy out of the can. The sweet tea also tasted a bit odd. read more

We were visiting Sweetwater to go to the Lost Sea Adventure and needed some fuel. We were going to go to another Mexican restaurant but they closed right before we got there. We pulled in, a little apprehensive but the parking lot was pretty full which is always a good sign. We were so pleasantly surprised. The Texas margarita was amazing. The Morelia Salad was more of a meat trio of shrimp, steak, and chicken than a salad and so delicious. The Texas fajita was five times the serving you would get anywhere else for the same price. If we ever come back through town, this will be the first stop. Kevin, our server was as nice as he could be. They apparently have awesome wings, too. Eat here. read more

Fresh tea. Fresh salsa. Warm chips. I ordered carnitas tacos: not even on the menu: and the cook did good. The restaurant has an odd name and could some building updates. read more

Best Mexican food in town. Don't feel like Mexican? Hamburgers and wings are awesome! Service is sometimes slow, but food is worth it.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! THEY HAVE ROACHES. We have always liked the food here but will not be back after having a roach run across our table.

Was craving Mexican food while I was out of town working found this place. Me and my co workers were a little worried when we pulled up because the outside was rough and not taken care of. We decided to try it anyways and I'm glad we did! Great food and ice cold beer!! Doesn't get any better than that. read more

The chips and homemade salsa were very good. I had a chicken chimichanga without rice and beans. The chicken was cubed and very flavorful but the flour tortilla was too heavy and could have been fried longer to make it crispy and less doughy. It was swimming in melted white cheese which I initially thought was too much but then I liked it enough to eat it all. On the side I had lettuce, tomato, sour cream and guacamole that was too smooth for my taste - I prefer it chunky - and the lime flavor was a bit too strong. The bill came to $13 which included a bottle of domestic beer. Service was fast and efficient. The place was authentically casual and festive and rather busy on a Friday night. Happy hour is 3 - 6 pm with bogo margaritas for $6. read more
