I call Hasse's and Sharon, the friendliest lady answers my call of distress. She says they have a truck available and will come get me in 20 minutes. Then right on time comes this beautiful white flatbed truck. Troy jumps out and begins working to get my BMW onto the truck. It was a piece of cake for him and we were off to the repair shop. Troy was a super friendly guy who loves his job and working for Hasse. So refreshing to see! Troy takes the car carefully off the truck and positions it in a nice spot as directed by the shop. He runs my credit car through and the tow was the friendliest ever - $105. All done in 40 minutes. Say what you want about small towns... Hasse's Towing is as big league and as world class as towing gets.

From the start, communication was extremely poor--I had to initiate every interaction. No one provided updates unless I repeatedly asked for them. Our vehicle was towed to the garage around 11 a.m. I was told the part needed to be ordered and wouldn't arrive until late that day. Since they closed at 5 p.m., the repair would be pushed to the next day. After 4 hours of no communication the next day I started calling once an hour--for status updates and was consistently told vague things like "they're working on it" or "they're finishing up." I never received a proactive call from them. It took them two days to switch out an alternator. Eventually, after all those follow-ups, I was told at 5:30 p.m. that the car was finally ready--but again, only because I called. When I asked the receptionist why I hadn't received any updates and why the delay occurred, she became aggressive and shouted at me, claiming they didn't receive the part until that morning and that it wasn't her fault. She continued yelling, to the point that I had to ask if this was how she typically treated customers. From the start of my experience I stood in the office many times without being acknowledged at all. The manager gave off a noticeably dismissive and possibly misogynistic attitude. Interestingly, things only began to move forward after my brother called to ask for an update. The one positive was that they provided transportation to a hotel, though we had to stay there for two days due to the extended repair time.

My car stalled on the highway about an hour and 40 minutes from my home. I called this company and they stated they would have someone else was possible but up to 45 minutes to an hour. I express the severity of my situation because my car was very close to being hit by highway traffic.They were there in like 30 minutes. My driver was Devin. He was a kind young man who made me feel safe and he was very courteous. We talked about life and our spouses and families and it was like I was driving back home with somebody I've known. I brought my car in because I had snapped a bolt in my subframe while replacing the control arm and didn't have the tools to fix the mistake myself. I needed the car same day, and this was the only place with availability. I asked them to replace the control arm and do the alignment for me along with removing the bolt. I received a quote for $1400 dollars to drop the subframe. The worker there had justified his decision citing the gas lines, wires were in the way, etc. He mentioned that this pricing was worst case scenario, if the "professional mechanics" snaps the other 6 bolts. Never heard of anyone quoting on the bases of every bolt snapping and charging an hour of labor per bolt. I took the car to Sweet's Auto, and they finished the job in 4 hours. Control Arm, Alignment, and Bolt. They charged $400 for the same job. $1000 difference in pricing in excusable. Take your vehicle somewhere else, I wouldn't trust these guys.
