From the start, communication was extremely poor--I had to initiate every interaction. No one provided updates unless I repeatedly asked for them. Our vehicle was towed to the garage around 11 a.m. I was told the part needed to be ordered and wouldn't arrive until late that day. Since they closed at 5 p.m., the repair would be pushed to the next day. After 4 hours of no communication the next day I started calling once an hour--for status updates and was consistently told vague things like "they're working on it" or "they're finishing up." I never received a proactive call from them. It took them two days to switch out an alternator. Eventually, after all those follow-ups, I was told at 5:30 p.m. that the car was finally ready--but again, only because I called. When I asked the receptionist why I hadn't received any updates and why the delay occurred, she became aggressive and shouted at me, claiming they didn't receive the part until that morning and that it wasn't her fault. She continued yelling, to the point that I had to ask if this was how she typically treated customers. From the start of my experience I stood in the office many times without being acknowledged at all. The manager gave off a noticeably dismissive and possibly misogynistic attitude. Interestingly, things only began to move forward after my brother called to ask for an update. The one positive was that they provided transportation to a hotel, though we had to stay there for two days due to the extended repair time.

My vehicle was backed into and the tail hatch back was bent in a hit n run but thanks to a witness…read morethe guy was caught and his insurance paid for the worst example of craftsmanshit ive ever seen from them. up until now they were top dog but either i pissed them off or they have morons working there. there was a separate part that attached to the tail gate hatch that was discolored like it been in the sun or they buffed to finish off it. looked like total crap. worse then the actual damage as to why i took it there. so i went right back in and unknowingly got the owner who came out so i could show him and first he said it wasn't part of the lift gate so them i opened it to show him it was, and then he said it was held on by 2 rivets and the original unblemished in perfect condition was still on the old lift gate and they could change it right now. ( instead of it already been changed before they called me saying it was done) . so i waited a half hour and when they brought it back out the vehicle was now full of tiny scratches that were not here before. then i noticed the body lines didn't match up on the tail gate to quarter panel which the owner mentioned it was a american car . after going thru the pictures taken when it was first dropped of it showed those scratches where not there when i brought it in. the owner told me to bring it back the coming Monday as it was Friday afternoon then, and he would get it fixed. so all weekend i stewed thinking about it and come Monday i took it back . then i kept getting these survey emails so i eventually responded and pretty much described the crap job honestly that they tried to sell me. 2 days later i get a call the vehicle is done and they read the survey which they were not happy about. when i went to pick it up it looked good but i only was looking a the back.after i got it home in the garage i noticed a new dent coming from the inside pointing out on the middle of the driver side quarter panel. already fed up i figured im gonna sell it as i do not trust it anymore.. well tonight after its been sitting in my garage since i pulled it in then, i noticed the finish ground off on the top of the door panel where it meets the roof. I will never take a vehicle or recommend them to anyone now. either they hired a moron or someones bent on discouraging people from trusting them to do the job right. unfrikenbelievable is the word. seems every time i return it to have the job done right it comes back with other damage. what was one a accident free impeccable body now looks like crap. I will now have to find a different body shop to fix there quality workmanshit. im not even gonna go back to show them this. and to think i felt a little bad with my review . not! its actually pretty sad.

I will never take my car anywhere else except for Enders Auto Repair. I had the best experience…read more The exhaust system on my 2007 Kia Sorento was loud and getting louder. So I figured I better get it looked at. I heard such good things about Enders so I decided to give them a call. Rich answered and I explained what I was dealing with. He said they could get me in to look at it that day! Once there and after they inspected it, Rich had good news. It was only a crack and they could repair it with a piece of new pipe. (YES!! I didn't need a whole new muffler or exhaust system!) He gave me the price which was WAY under what I thought it would be - completely do-able - and he said it would take about 40 min., they had to order the pipe from the local part store. People - it didn't even take 10 min before the pipe was walking through the door. They repaired the exhaust system quickly and even took off the rusty hitch when I asked them to - and didn't charge me for it! To the ladies out there having to take on car maintenance by them selves, let me just say - these guys are the real deal. They are honest, kind and just all around wonderful.
