However, that is not why I am dropping by to leave a 5 star rating. Andrew, one of Tina's associates, is the most kind and helpful person I have met and it the antithesis of what people usually expect when dealing with insurance agents. He spent a lot of time educating me on the different terms in the insurance package and allowed me to intelligently customize the insurance to suit my needs. Andrew is also very helpful when I got my first accident, which unfortunately was on the first day of driving my newly purchased car. He was there to talk me through the process immediately after the incident, to follow up on how I should file a claim and also to give me updates on how the claim is progressing. Although the claim has not yet been settled, Andrew's efforts to ensure transparency and outline a plan of action has been monumental towards minimizing the accident's impact on my daily life. And for that is why I leave my 5 star rating. I value and will continue to use their service.

Fantastic! Quick, professional, hones! All the things you'd want in a tax professional…read more For the past few years, I had Rachel prepare our tax returns. She is quick in replying to emails, provides detailed explanations on every question we've had. Most importantly Rachel is HONEST. When we first started using Investy Financial Services, we scheduled a sit down, face to face session in the office. This year we simply emailed all documents to Rachel and allowed her to work her magic. If she has questions, she'll fire off an email to you asap. A few days later our return was ready for review. Rachel will still offer an in-person consultation if you feel you need to review your return with her. That's how flexible she is! She also gives helpful advice if any adjustments should be made to your finances. We've paid for a CPA firm that over-bills and under delivers. We've paid for someone who promises a huge refund. BIG MISTAKE on both examples. Rachel (and Ann) provide exceptional customer service and great financial expertise. I would absolutely recommended her services to family/friends and will be back again next year! Thank You Rachel and Ann !!

My state farm agent that I had been with for many years passed away and my account was…read moreautomatically assigned to Alexandra Anderson. I had no say in that decision and was first fine with the change, but after having my first initial call with her husband Harold he gave used car salesman vibes. He was comparing insurance increases to $10 boxes of cereals and the price increases. When I mentioned, I wanted to change to liability only since my car was over 15 years old, he resisted and pushed back and tried to "sell me" on why I should keep it. The car is old and not worth much. He then said we could look at the mileage to see if that's up to date and can be reduced but then gaslighted me into saying "that they have ways of checking" I don't drive very much and during the time I had them as my provider I told him I was working from home so my mileage can be lowered since I barely drive. After 2 more calls with him and I still didn't get good customer service. I had asked to speak to his wife Alexandra, but he said she only sets appointments for clients that purchase other services like life insurance etc. He made it seem my account was "too small" While I had great experience with Nardy (who no longer works there) Harold was not great to work with. Since his wife owns the business, they seem reluctant to help customers unless it's an increase in billing or new services. There was a lot of push back from him to work with me to see what they could do. State farm agents get 10% of each customers monthly billing so it just seemed like he didn't have customer's best interest and his sales tactics were really off putting to me. I never had any issues with any other insurance agent except this one. When I changed agents, he left me a voicemail afterwards. No I don't want to have a call to discuss. So here's my feedback in my review. Please do better for your customers. Customers can sense when you're thinking only about the profits. It shows up in tone, interactions, and "strong negative sales vibes" I would've stayed with them if I didn't have multiple negative phone interactions with her husband Harold. Working with your state farm agent shouldn't be as stressful as my experience.
