(And I mean everywhere, like, how else am I gonna get to your Mom's bedroom ohhhh). I'm very happy to hear that they're building a line out to Montrose and the Galleria. Just in time for me to move out of the city unfortunately. This station is nice and clean, and easy to access for passengers and pedestrians. Having the train right in the middle of the road really disrupts the traffic though, so that's the reason why these stations don't usually get more than a 3 from me.

The platform has a little bit of cover from rain. There is a visual board with the current time and the audible announcement of the next train gives about one minute's warning. Tickets are $1.25 and you do not want to try to ride without purchasing one or tapping your multi-ride card. I rode the Metro four or five times and each time, there was a fare checker on board. This is an *interesting* part of town. Expect at least a couple of people to ask you for money.

Unlike my experience on the Red Line, the Purple shares a lane of traffic in each direction with cars and on a busy day as it was today, the train does not get you there any faster than simply walking. The station is a side platform on Capitol Street on Rusk Street between Fannin Street and San Jacinto Street. It is between Theater District (westbound) and Convention District (eastbound, towards Palm Center). The station has automated ticket kiosks and an overhead visual announcement for the next train. I didn't stick around long enough to wait for the audio as I had a baseball game to see!
