They were very responsive to my initial request and sent a separate restoration team the same day…read moreto check for a larger issue, but the understanding (as confirmed by both the initial plumber and follow up restoration team) was that I was holding off on the plumber doing anything that day because the CEO was going to come and give me a quote for the larger project. I've followed up several times with them since but no responses of any kind. It's disappointing because my initial experiences were both very positive but the zero follow up kind of ruins that.

Within an hour of me calling in, I had a tech, Adrian, in my home and giving me quotes. He was very helpful and polite and explained everything that would be needed and done. The work was done same day which saved the day for me and Adrian cleaned up the area where work was done and made sure everything was up and running. The only issue I have with the entire thing is the cost. I definitely needed the work done asap and think I paid the price, more than double, for that because it was way more expensive than I expected. Thanks

This company and owner has NO INTEGRITY! Response to this provider's reply below: This company is lying. They have an entire paragraph in the project section as well as a photo of the issue.
