The water heater in my home was leaking and I knew it was time for a new one. I had a time…read moreconstraint and needed to find someone to come out and take care of the water heater replacement as soon as possible. Within an hour of me calling in, I had a tech, Adrian, in my home and giving me quotes. He was very helpful and polite and explained everything that would be needed and done. The work was done same day which saved the day for me and Adrian cleaned up the area where work was done and made sure everything was up and running. The only issue I have with the entire thing is the cost. I definitely needed the work done asap and think I paid the price, more than double, for that because it was way more expensive than I expected. Thanks

Whether it was arriving on time, sticking to the schedule, or just simply doing what they say, without changing things midway, and/or asking for more money. Integrity, liability, and overall excellence. My only regret is not finding them sooner.

His pricing is beyond reasonable & he is ALWAYS professional, courteous, polite and keeps the areas he is working in CLEAN. They are always on time & efficient. Monica is very pleasant to speak with as well. I have reccommended General Plumbing to countless friends. I have gotten estimates from other plumbers (just to do my on due dilligence) and General Plumbing always comes in less expensive. Jim was just here over the holiday weekend and my bill was $140 to fix a leak in the ceiling! The other estimate that I recieved, from another company, was $275 just to do a leak detection without fixing it. I've read some of the other reveiws and I have never encountered any of those problems.
