First 3 days after it was installed, heat didn't work and he said it was flash sensor burnt out?! . The heat would be on and would not go more than 65 deg. I got him through Homeadvisor with good reviews, big mistake. After the warranty was up with his services, he got fed up and said don't call him again because too many issues. Who does this?! I had to call another plumber. He said there were multiple issues because the wiring done on boiler was all backwards and that's why everything was burning out and it wasn't installed properly. Now the control panel board and other issues had to be replaced because he didn't know what he was doing. This cost now is just as much as he put in a new boiler. Yes, he would come to fix, but blame us and scream that we were touching stuff! DONT USE HIS SERVICES!!

Pricing very competitive. Not bargain basement (our lowest quotes were from people we wouldn't want to work with), and far from the highest. We were so happy with the performance of the system that we actually decided to get another unit for part of our house that we just started renovating. We went with another company simply because of timing reasons (we need it done now, since we are in the middle of construction and it would be a lot easier), and while Ductless tried hard to meet our timeline, understandably they are busy since it is mid-summer (and mid-heatwave no less).
