Walked into a small waiting area and checked into a self check kiosk. Make sure to bring your DL and insurance card to scan. A tv screen on the wall provided coverage of calling order. Someone would open the door and call name of next person to be helped. Valeri assisted me. She was pleasant and professional. She made sure to double check appropriate identification and blood draw was quick and efficient. Results available in 3-5 days. Will come back here again if needed for further labs.

I had an appointment and the kiosk would not read my barcode. Once at the check-in window, I'm told my appointment is not in the system. I show the clerk my email confirmation and she says 'hmmm'. Any way, they'll see me in a few minutes I'm in with the phlebotomist Maylynn. The stick is virtually painless. After removing the bandage later, there is no evidence of a stick. Just perfectly done. At this point, the pattern is clear: disorganization, poor communication, and a complete disregard for patients' time. What makes this especially unacceptable is that patients are still charged the same rates despite receiving significantly diminished service. There is no accountability, no urgency to correct mistakes, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Patients are simply expected to absorb the impact. The facility prominently displays messaging about "valuing patient care," but my experience reflects the opposite. The focus appears to be on maintaining revenue, not delivering competent or respectful service. This was a waste of my time and an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to consider alternative imaging providers.

They stuck her 4 times in one arm and 6 in the other arm because they couldn't get her vein; those two nurses tried and failed, they didn't get it until a doc came in and got it the first try. Those Nures had no patience and It was hard for me to watch my child experience that. I really believe she has PTSD from it. Nurse Dale was EXTREMELY patient with my child and was able to calm her down AND get the IV in successfully the first time. Victoria was there to calm everyone down, because the nerves in the room were high. Dr. Vandermause explained everything to her and answered all of our questions and concerns. I absolutely love this facility. It's also very clean! That's all for now.
