I've never had any problems with delivery or anything else for that matter. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a water service. And I love that they have 5 gallon GLASS bottles with a bottom feeder.

Very pathetic and unprofessional company. Based on overall attitude of the owner about the recent…read moreissue. He is lacking analytical and logical skills who would rather keep his two horribly offensive delivery people, not to discipline them and possibly put himself into a much worse legal predicament later. Seemingly, it stems from the fact that he cannot replace them, lacking resources for more skilled staff. Or some other reason. The mechanical condition of the delivery truck should also be evaluated since the traction of wheels should not produce this kind spinning, possibly tires too bald, should be verified with state authorities as well. Everything starting with stuck getting stuck due to failure to just back out, unauthorized attempt to do U-turn, especially if you are lacking the skills to maneuver between the obstacles. What seemed to be no challenge for previous two trucks completing deliveries within the last day or two, personal vehicle and even a sport car, this fellow had an overblown issue. However, being stuck should not have risen to being an assholes or disrespect and insult the customer. It is part of doing business and ought to be treated as temporary issue. Thankfully, with my mechanical assistance and direction they were able to back out finally. What took place before and after should have been enough for the owner to fire these two people immediately. Specifically, the driver's assistant was blaming, belligerent and attempted assault by advancing on the customer. After a verbal push back and standing the ground, he backed off. Upon, the eventual departure the driver arose to yelling , throwing insults, and threatening. I explained to the owner of the Tribeca company that I have video surveillance and audio recording of complete interaction from many angles; I provided him with some copies to begin his inquiry. Even before speaking to these two, he seemed be on the path to justify the behavior of these two-ghetto style, tongue loose home boys by coming with various excusable scenarios and psychological nuances of hard work and travel. He called back a day later implying that he is not taking any disciplinary action nor is able to assure me if these "two idiots would not piss into my water next time". The fact that there was a physical threat, insults, microphone picking up these two calling my wife "cunt" for not stopping them when she opened the gate is not enough to take responsibility. He cancelled my account.

We had a plumbed unit with hot and cold water for about 2 years in our office. We signed a 5-year…read morecontract. We had to move to a new location on 7/1 that didn't have plumbing so I reached out to Clearwater through their billing to request a buy-out quote on 4/30. I sent a follow-up email on 5/8. On 5/23, I received the buyout which was for the full value of the contract including the cost of maintenance and filter changes. I reached back out that day shocked as a small business that that was the cost. I received a response on 6/2 saying their product was proprietary and not similar to seemingly comparable products on line. We spoke on the phone around 6/6 and I explained the situation and asked if there was anything that could be done since there was no maintenance to do and we wouldn't be using any filters or other parts for the balance of the contract term. She said her manager was out and that she would talk to her and get back to me the next week. On 6/12 I sent an email asking for an update, then again on 6/24 and then 8/8 after we had completed the move. On 8/11, I got an email asking for a refresh on the situation. On 8/13, after some back and forth - I was offered the option of having plumbing installed in our new office to accommodate the machine, which was not possible. So, after 3.5 months of trying, the answer was that's what the contract says - you have to pay the entire amount to terminate and that there is nothing that could be done. We accepted that answer and decided to pay installments for the balance of the contract. On 9/12, I got an email from the billing partner inquiring about the change of address I notified them about on 4/30. On 9/24 our business owner had a change that required us to complete the buyout. I emailed the billing partner on 9/24. I sent a follow-up on 10/23 since I had received no response. On 10/29, I got a response from the billing partner saying that the there was a backlog of requests and hopefully I would hear back soon. On 11/5, I received the new offer. While we were at our old location, we had no issue with the unit. After researching costs for the move, we found many similar alternatives with lower costs, we paid approximately $3700 for a 5-year lease on the unit we had - which is on us for not doing our homework or understanding the terms of the contract. It was an expensive lesson learned given the move was unplanned. Read contracts carefully and understand what you signed up for - both in terms of cost and terms and conditions. We understand that Clearwater followed the contract - we just wish it had not been so slow and difficult to communicate with them and their billing partner.

Absolute worst. First they delivered a water cooler that didn't keep the water very cold. I asked…read morefor a different water cooler and not only did they deliver the wrong one, but it was filthy and I suspect it was making my family sick. I contacted DS Services/Belmont Springs to cancel my service and got a wonderful rep named Anthony who apologized profusely and talked me into giving them another chance. I agreed and am deeply regretting it. I was promised a new, in the box water cooler and I've been waiting 3 weeks now for it. They delivered the water but not the cooler. They never come when promised, just change the delivery date without contacting me and still don't show up. I've made at least 10 calls to customer service and nothing ever gets done. I'm at the point where I'm ready to drive the half an hour to their warehouse and drop the damn thing off myself. I've since cancelled our service and the cooler and bottles have been sitting on my porch for weeks waiting to be picked up. To add insult to injury, when I signed up they had a special going on and I was supposed to get the first delivery for $10. They ended up charging me more than twice that for the first delivery, then another $50 something after that. Three of the four bottles I initially ordered were exchanged (from purified water to spring water) and after that I was afraid to drink anymore because my entire family was experiencing GI issues. In total, we used 2 bottles. So I basically paid $70+ for 2-5 gallon bottles of water and cooler rental. Infuriating. Worst company ever. UPDATE: Thank you for your response, Debra. I sent an email yesterday and hope to hear from someone soon. I'm really at my wits end. UPDATE: After posting this review, someone did FINALLY come and pick up the water cooler but he was very rude. No apologies, just attitude. Whatever, I was glad to be done with it. I did end up getting a $20-something refund but that doesn't make up for the horrible, unprofessional service and all of the headaches. Never again.

Since then I had "NO" delivery on time and neither delivery at all, So basically running out of water and charges for the cooler without using it. Recently, I had a statement in my account showing delivery for a gallon where are my 2 gallons empty outside of my house for 3 weeks. I was shocked. So I called the customer service and explained to them, and also I CANCEL my membership and service with them at the same time. So they said that they will come and pick up the cooler and gallons...... and Guess what? FOR A MONTH NO ONE SHOW UP FOR PICKING UP and I CALLED THEM MORE THAN 5 TIMES to take out the incorrect charges and pick up the staff. ALSO, They charge me for the cool rent for a month. They promised me to take an action by next day, and I'm waiting.!!!!!!!!
