Me and my girlfriend are both travel nurses and have been here for almost 10months now and we love it. They have a wash house where you can do your clothes and a dog park. They also have a nice little antique store that the park is behind that is nice. We work nights and Roy is nice enough to wait until we are off before mowing around the camper so he doesn't wake us. He's always keeping an eye out for anything odd and he also screens everyone who comes to stay in the park so chances of getting bad neighbors is unlikely. It's also a little further away from Columbia than I wished it was, but that's on me for not looking at the map better. But it's easily 25 minutes from Columbia proper. If you're in the area and looking for a basic place to park that has full hook-ups, this will do just fine. But I wouldn't expect much more.
