They did not disappoint! I recently purchased an older, low mileage GMC Sonoma for a very fair price that they had taken in, did some body and mechanical work, and put up for sale. I love this little truck, it's just what I wanted for odd errands around town. I was impressed that there were no extra "dealer fees" for paperwork or getting the truck registered for me. Shortly after I picked it up, the check engine light came on, and I noticed there was water collecting in the cab by the passenger seat. Chris and his team diligently tracked down the engine light problem, which was fixed with a new fuel pump, and found a clogged drain that was causing the water issue. Where they really went above and beyond my expectations was removing the interior to make sure the flooring and insulation was fully dried out so there won't be any mold issues down the road. Worst dealership in massachusetts . If you're looking to be lied to, and scammed, pushed out of warranty to avoid fixing an issue, then this is the place to go !! Unprofessional business, unreliable, will take advantage of a single mother , perfect opportunity isnt it ? These peope will do nothing but advise you to add mileage to the vehicle, in hopes to ignore or take responsibility for the issue. If you were to bring your car to their service department, Crank it over, they will just tell you the car needs an oil change, when i am now 100% rssponsible for collateral damage because the transmission is actually failing. And the vehicle i purchased just 6 months ago, is now unsafe to drive with me and my young child. Chris, the MANAGER encouraged me to purchase an alternative vehicle knowing that the one i was signing for has bad brakes, a hole in the muffler, and now a faulty transmission. Chris the manager told me he is now refusing to help me any further. DO NOT BUY FROM METRO WEST AUTO AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT EITHER, unless you want to pay for something that is irrelevant to the issue the car is having !! Went to look at a used pathfinder. The salesman Pete was very pleasant and the car was in great shape and a good price. It wasn't exactly what I wanted, so I didn't buy it. All the cars looked like they were in good shape and the salesman was respectable. I will definitely look here again when I am due for a new car. read more

Small auto store. They had a 2012 Kia Sportage on the lot for $14,950. Now keep in mind it's a 2012 an book value is $9,850 to $13,850. I offered $13,500 cash. He said No he already reduced it twice so far for 500.00. Ok then, I got up and started to leave. He asked for my number? Why? So I can drive another 45 mins back here I drove from RI for this truck. All I can say oh well. his lost not mine. My opinion he's a crook. Charging way too much for the truck. 2014 start at $14-16 thousand. read more

I thought I gave these guys a review a few months ago. Guys I am sorry it to so long to write this one. My wife and I were looking for a Volvo XC90 for years. So she looked online on afternoon and found one at metro west. We called and a very nice gentleman answered the phone named Peter. He said he had two on his lot. So we went and looked at them. It was love at first sight, there it was a 2009 Volvo XC90 r! It is gorgeous and just what we where looking for at the right price. We went for a short test drive and that was it, low miles and in great shape! So we went in to get all the paper work in order and another gentleman man came into the office. His name was Chris what a great guy! He made sure with Peter that the car and paperwork was in order. All I can say is I looked at the other reviews on Yelp and you can't believe everything you read and see. So we bought the car and they gave us a free inspection at a garage around the corner, they were great. I had a few things that needed attention with the car and I called and spoke with another gentleman named Malcom. This man put the word clam right into your world! Found the car I wanted and they took care of me. I bought a 2010 vw jetta 2.5 se 5 speed. There were a few issues with the car as it is 8 years old and they had just got it in their hands. They took care of all the problems even a couple they did not mention. Very happy with the car and the straight forward approach from this group. read more
