They respond quickly, let you know when they'll be there, let you know if something comes up, and keep you posted on progress. I cannot begin to tell you how rare that is. We worked with them on regrading a portion of our yard and building a retaining wall with a built-in planted. Esteban was able to come over for an estimate within a few days, took measurements and pictures, and then got back to me with a design idea that he drew along with the details of what stones would be used. The quote was on par with other quotes we had received. They got us on the schedule within a couple of days and they finished the project as well as a complete yard clean-up within a week. Nine hours total. I lost $17 of perishable food that was in my fridge. I filled out a claim. They denied it. Anyone know whom I can elevate my complaint to? Guess I should be lucky that It didn't damage my fridge, central ac, or my 75 inch smart TV due to their negligence. Oddly, 7 of those huge trucks came out at the same time..... like a convoy. 6 trucks and employees did nothing as the 7th did all the work. Seemed rather inefficient.
