Early on, Shaun was quick to respond to my questions about installing tinted protective film in one of our interior rooms. Scheduling was easy and the installation process seemed to go smoothly. At first glance, everything looked fine. However, after some time I noticed what appeared to be dust and debris actually trapped between the glass and the film. I reached out to Sierra a few times to address this issue, but it took over a week to get any reply. Eventually, Shaun responded and scheduled some time to come take a look. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the date and I wasn't home when they stopped by. I take responsibility for that mix-up. I immediately reached back out to reschedule and even offered to pay Sierra for their time or proceed with a new project with the understanding that this original issue would be fixed. Since then, I've followed up multiple times over the span of weeks--and have received no response at all. I've never been outright ghosted by a company before, especially after offering to pay for their time. At this point, I don't know what else to do other than share my experience. I'll need to find another installer to both correct the first job and handle any future projects. I had high hopes based on how the process began, but the lack of follow-through and communication has been very disappointing.

On the appointment day, I dropped off my SUV. There was a little confusion and a mention of possible glare that caused confusion in my choice of ceramic window tint. It was resolved after a bit of discussion. Overall, I am very happy with the work performed on my car. It's still in the curing stage so hoping this film will last a long time and hold up well in the months to come. I'll be booking this shop again for our second vehicle soon.

Continued to give me an estimate for what I did not want for a full vehicle wrap and tinting on two vehicles. Then emailed and said this is all I want on both vehicles. He gave me another estimate with only $400 off.
