She waited in her car per usual, and while the service worker eventually approached, he did so in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He was a white male with a beard and glasses, and appeared dirty and disgusting. His behavior made my sister who had every intention of purchasing tires and spending a significant amount of money feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Because of the way she was treated, she chose to leave without making a purchase. No customer, let alone a disabled customer, should ever be made to feel this way.

They encouraged me to come in early for my appointment. I arrived at 2:30p, they didn't get my car in until 3p, and it was almost 3:30p when my car was finished. Coming in early was a complete waste of time. The best part is that I took my car to the Woodhaven location for a wheel alignment. That store informed me that the Taylor location had mounted one of my tires backwards. This error could have caused a potentially dangerous situation in rain/snow and would definitely had caused the tire to wear prematurely. When I called the Taylor store about this, they apologized, said that "accidents happen", and that a new employee had mounted the tire. No offer to pay for my alignment, no offer for free wiper blades, nothing. I didn't call looking for anything, but good customer service should have dictated that they do something to make up for their mistake. I paid over $1k for new tires, they messed up mounting one, and I just got a "sorry". I won't be back.
