I called Culley's and asked for a price to pump my 1500 gallon septic. The quote I received over…read morethe phone was competitive and sounded straightforward. However, after the job was completed, I was given a bill that included an additional "digging fee" I had never been informed of. When I raised the issue, the owner claimed "they tell everyone"and it took an hour to dig even though I was there the whole time and it took maybe 10-15 minutes --despite the fact that no prior mention of this fee was made. In my experience with other companies I have never been quoted a separate digging fee. I believe the omission of the fee in the quote was intentional, and I find the post-hoc justifications unacceptable. These people are duplicitous, untrustworthy and their bait and switch way of doing business is deceitful. Needless to say, based on this experience, I would not use them again.
