He offered cheaper routes, but said he would do the re-pipe if I wanted. I sent an email with pictures and videos of what I wanted to accomplish. Jordan came out on 1/28 for about 10 minutes to assess the area. Later that day we talked about getting a drywaller to fix the wall and that Jordan would call me back with a price. I never heard anything. I called 1/31 and spoke with the contact center. I told them I would just replace the drywall myself and I scheduled the appointment for 2/4. I received the text notification on 2/2 with the arrival window of 1-5pm and Jordan called and confirmed a price of $825.73. I thought that was fair for a full replacement of the piping and insulation. The day of the appointment at 2:27pm I called to see when they'd be here. They asked if I could reschedule because they were still on another job. I asked if they were available on 2/16, since my wife would be home. They said yes. We had no contact until the 16th. That morning, Pam informed me that James would be out shortly to prepare the job site. He arrived at 10:03am. Jordan arrived at 10:46am. They worked on the job until 1:02pm when James said they needed to leave for parts. He did not say what part or when we could expect them back. My wife asked if they had talked to me because he had not come back yet. At 3:38pm I sent a text and asked for an update. At 3:58pm Pam stated she would check in with Jordan. At 4:11pm, James returned. He left again at 4:18pm stating that he needed something back at the office. He returned at 4:37pm with a smaller pipe, began sweeping up the area at 4:42pm, and collected payment for $775.73 because of a $50 off coupon they had. He left at 5:03pm. I later pulled into my garage and noticed my attic was still open. Upon entering the attic, I noticed immediately that the job had not been completed according to what we discussed. All the trash was left. There were wet spots in the insulation from when the pipes were cut and the insulation was not replaced. They also ran the line into the washer drain incorrectly so at the time, I was unable to use my washer. I called the office but it was already after hours. I requested a call back through the contact center. Jordan called back a few minutes later. My wife and I spoke to him about the cost of the job vs. what was actually done. We asked what took so long and why James left for many hours. Jordan responded that it took a while since we live quite some distance away from where they went to get the part. He said they also responded to a service call for someone else while they were gone. None of this was relayed to us at the time. My wife explained to him that we were already delayed because our previous appointment was rescheduled due to a job they were on at the time taking "longer than expected". We thought they were doing the job that was described in the video we sent and the phone calls we had. The job that was actually completed was not nearly worth the amount of time or the cost that we paid. Jordan said he would talk to the technicians about communicating better in the future. We also asked for a receipt which we got on 2/17 that provided no details about why we were charged that price. I contacted Pam via email about getting an adjustment on 2/17. She replied that she would reach out to Jordan. I didn't hear anything back so I sent a follow up email on 2/21 and have not received any further contact as of 3/1. In my opinion, the cost of the job was overpriced for what was done (cutting a hole in a wall and replacing about 10 feet of PVC) and preventing me from using my washer. They offered to replace the pipe with a smaller one which would not have completely helped with the washer issue. I lost multiple days of PTO from work when they never came out. My recommendation would be to go with a different company.

The dryer began heating up and then shut itself off completely. I contacted Mr. Appliance again and, after some back-and-forth, they scheduled another visit about a week later. The same technician returned, performed another diagnostic, and this time told me the main control board was bad and would be very expensive to replace. At that point, I decided not to invest any more money into the dryer since replacing the board would cost nearly as much as purchasing a new appliance. What concerns me is that I paid for parts and repairs that ultimately did not solve the problem. If the main board was the actual issue, I would have expected that to be identified during the initial diagnosis before spending money on other repairs. I contacted the office and politely requested consideration for a partial refund. I was not asking for a full refund, only some acknowledgment that the original repair did not resolve the problem. Instead, I was met with resistance, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told they would check availability and then the call was ended. The most disappointing part of this experience was not the failed repair--it was the lack of customer service afterward. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The owner has a bad attitude and is egotistical, they do not do the work on time or as promised, and will stall you and even break conversations up between email, phone and text so you can't form a conversation to prove they ripped you off. I however saved everything and have a HUGE folder of all the conversations and promises and proof of their ripping us off. They made big promises, a low budget, and then came in and ruined all of the prep work I had done. They blew us off and missed deadline after deadline, ignored requests made via their online spreadsheet system, and left our office so bad off, we had to hire someone else to fix it. They recommended outdated products, used cheap shareware to do their "work" and did so poorly. They had to be asked to fix things over and over that they broke. When I asked them to no longer allow one of the employees to work on our office, they just used him anyway and kept that fact away from us. During meetings, the owner was smug and went into "im not listening mode". I actually had to raise my voice at them many times and they just smugly smiled and acted like they didnt care. Their salesman said he was going to take care of things, pretended to care and of course nothing happened except us again being blown off and delayed. In the end, I ended up having to work all day and into the night for months trying to undo the damage they did. We then had to hire a professional forensic IT specialist to see if they had done anything malicious or hidden any backdoors on our fileserver and computers. I then had to hire someone else to fix the very poorly configured firewall (the maker of the firewall themselves!) and then another IT computer to spend months fixing their path of damage. As a result of their absolutely awful service and all the hours I had to put in fixing things, I actually got sick from the stress and was out of work for 4 and a half months. We have more then enough evidence to take legal action but have not due to my bosses not wanting to deal with it. I have all the evidence and if they ever come near me or us or attempt to refute this review I will post every single document backing up my claims here so everyone can see how badly they treated us and me. The ONLY THING they did right was hiring a 3rd party company to do our LAN wiring. Those guys were top notch and did a great job. Computouch however is not. If you search for them online, you find nothing but their website and their LinkedIn, which is troubling to me. No reviews anywhere. Until now, this review is the first and hopefully not the last bad review. I know others of you who have had the same experience are out there, speak up! Its been 2 years now and I am still cleaning up their mess. I had to replace the firewall they got us, the switch, was afraid to use a server they had one of their third party people build for us and had to wipe it, and have 11 PCs and a Fileserver that have had to be completely re-imaged and reconfigured as a result. I also had to do many of the tasks they were supposed to like moving everyone's email and contacts to the new PCs. You would be best served to find another company, unless you like being ripped off and having your IT department and all your computers ravaged by people who should not be in the IT business. Even the people from Sophos (the Firewall company) agreed they left a mess. As did our new Sophos rep. I can highly recommend Technology Solutions, they are the complete opposites of these guys, they know what they are doing and want to help you, not make money off of you.
