Went to the store for a pickup then was told that phone wasn't available, it got sent back to T-Mobile by the old manager. Called back T-mobile and corporate have no details of this package being sent back. The store lied to my face. T-Mobile corporate support, corporate rep. called the store and the store was just giving us the runaround stating they don't have it. And even trying to transfer the fault on me, until the store realized I was also on the call. Even the T-Mobile corporate rep felt the store was deliberately withholding the unit. The store staff was very defensive and said go talk to their legal department. Later I was transferred to a T-Mobile corporate rep supervisor, who is going to take care of this. Thankfully the corporate support are still good. Numerous people at this store told me they don't have my replacement. Tonight I went in and asked them again if they have it, and NOW they confirm they do have it. But they can't give it to me without a manager. So the customer have to accommodate the store manager's time. At this point, basically the store don't want to give me my replacement and it is finding all sorts of reason/excuses. Don't go to this particular authorized store. They are thieves and liars. T-Mobile corporate needs to investigate this authorized dealer.

A member of our congregation set up a greeting that said our church was closed and to just leave a message. That congregant has moved away and we've been struggling with changing the phone message since. We have now been open for approximately a year-and-a-half and we wanted to have a phone greeting that reflected that message. Several years ago I met Mike on a job and noticed his ability to run cable even to the most difficult locations. Everything was neat, clean and professional, so we exchanged business cards. Over the past several years, I have referred numerous customers to Mike and used his services personally on many occasions including my office. Not only is the work done in a timely manner, but every jack is labeled, terminated and tested. He even leaves several brand new spare patch cables! What a pleasure it is to come out to a job that has been cabled by Mike "The Phone Guy" and simply plug everything in and it works the first time. On several occasions I have referred Mike to customers with very expensive homes that required the highest professionalism for the installation and every job was done with surgical expertise, customer always pleased as punch, makes my job easier and don't let me forget to say that Mike is a licensed contractor, so you don't have to worry about some shady work that never gets completed. The only thing left I have to say is.. If you need a cabling job done right the first time, then I would absolutely without hesitation recommend you call Mike "The Phone Guy". He is an honest, hard-working professional whom I have dealt with for more than 15 years. Mike... YOU ROCK MIKE!!!

He has the brain of a scientist with a Doctrine in making your entire system work with you understanding it. He has a wonderful communicator and has tremendous pride in what he puts his name on. From the clean strapping on the wires when installed keeping a straight solid line throughout or the organized connections to your hub of components and most importantly when you call him it's him that answers. Whether it's an emergency during the weekend or late at night he is there for you. There's those certain people who you know they can get it done and Vik is as elite as they come. I truly believe he brings more value for the money being spent than any other and I've used several companies. They take your money then don't answer once things get offline!

Vic was friendly and very honest. He was dependable and very fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing phone repair. I have worked with many phone people. Vic was the best! Recently we moved our business in West Hollywood. Vic handled the installation of our new phone system. He was great! He was very reasonable in his pricing. He was very dependable and always on time when he was supposed to be there. Once again I would highly recommend Vic for anyone's phone issues.
