I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first was an appointment that, after 45…read moreminutes in the waiting room, I still had not been called. At the front desk I informed them I had other things to do and could not wait any longer. They were apologetic, calling me a day later and rescheduling. Everyone makes mistakes so I let it go. The second occurred today when I got a call from a collection agency over a bill from the Eye Center I had never received. I assume the problem was that it went to my winter address in Florida rather than my summer address in NY state, where I was at the time. The fact that they never bothered to call me before turning it over to an agency upsets me. I have never had to deal with a collection agency before this. and have an excellent credit score. I am finding a new eye care provider.

My college friend was visiting from UPI and between beach, vacation, girls week fun and a happy…read morehour that went on for a too long, Officer Friendly noticed she was not driving properly in her lane. One thing led to another and she ended up in jail. Early the next morning I contacted AA ALLIGATOR! All straightforward info, they made contacts, followed up and a rep from his office was able to take care of things (papers signed, etc) and his assistant was at the jail before I knew it. -I met then on the county office campus and we were done and home by lunchtime. Whew! We knew absolutely nothing about what to do. AA ALLIGATOR WAS so quick and helped to eliminate so much stress immediately - enabling us to start working on putting the things (the state requires) together to Get through this type of thing. I'm 54 years old and have never needed the services of a bail bondsman. But this past weekend, when…read morea friend was taken into custody because of an outstanding warrant in DeSoto County, I immediately contacted Mitch at Alligator Bail Bonds on recommendation of a friend. Mitch asked for the pieces of information he needed, contacted the DeSoto County Jail to find out the nature of the warrant. It was minor--failure to appear--and got the value of the bond. I live in Bonita and it was a Saturday. He brought all the paperwork signature-ready, contacted the insurance company to issue and deliver the bond, and explained how the process would go. It was a long drive up to Arcadia, but it went like clockwork. The bond was delivered shortly after I arrived, and I got to drive my friend home, safe and sound. Thank you, Mitch and your team.
