    Closed down no longer there even though still posted as open on Google and Yelp. Don't wast your time driving there.

    Huge shout out to Mo who is always helpful. I highly recommend this store. They are straight forward and will go out of their way to help.

    Came here to get my old man a new phone, and they tried to sell me a "smart" phone even though they see me with an iphone. Dumbass !

The long and short is it crashed halfway through an OS update and hasn't worked since. Julian contacted me after a Yelp query - I figured I'd retry and was ready to ship this thing somewhere for repair (again, I tried everything before with no luck). After I explained what was happening, he said, "We'll get you up and running, Tony, don't worry". He heard me out and sent me step-by-step triage and recovery instructions, which worked perfectly. He called about an hour later to check on me, and I was beyond happy he resolved the issue; I didn't have to leave my crib, and it was done within an hour (after letting it sit for years). Everything worked perfectly. I have my computer and electronics handyman for all future work. See my review distribution. I'm very fair and will call out less-than-desirable service. Likewise, when someone earns solid recognition for professionalism and providing the service advertised - they should get a shoutout. Julian, you rock!

This is a corporate store which means that they have the ability to do things that a authorized retailer does not. I had a very large concern involving a phone I had to turn in to get credit on my new phone. Normally I would receive a shipping mailer for it, but as of the 25th day none had arrived. I was getting concerned so I went to this T-Mobile store and was greeted by several associates. I explained everything and they told me not to worry that they would resolve it by taking the phone there. Since it's a corporate store, they can do that and they gave me a receipt. What a relief as I was very worried about everything involving my old phone being returned to T-Mobile. The service was absolutely stellar and the associate I talked to could not have been more polite or helpful. We even went over my bill and he explained some features of my new Google Pixel Watch 4. The store is spotlessly clean and the display of the phones and other items are excellent. I have been a customer of T-Mobile for many years and honestly have never had any problems with service or the phones. A few older one star reviews make me wonder. I have walked into T-Mobile stores before when they were really, really busy and sometimes the wait is a little long. Normally when that occurs I just leave and come back later. I do feel sorry for those customers who experience the issues that occurred. However, in my dealings, I have never had that problem. One time I accidentally locked up my SIM card and after waiting a while the person at a T-Mobile authorized retailer unlocked it for me. I really like this T-Mobile store and their service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

    As of yesterday July 27, 2015, I had Comcast send a contractor from OCC to do an install. He was…read moreten minutes late, but called to inform me. Nice guy, but rushed by his Supervisor Gene, who kept calling him for other installs. Well, apparently someone who resided here prior to me didn't pay their bill. I mentioned to Jeff, the contractor that I have documentation to prove my (New tenancy), that needed to be submitted to Comcast. He declined it and did the install anyway. He said it wasn't needed, and once the install is done, it can't be turned off; he was incorrect. Today, July 28,2015, I have no Internet or cable. I called Comcast to get this rectified. They stated they needed proof which I submitted via Fax, to Deon, a representative in a billing department. She works for Comcast and stated she would have to "decide", if I can keep my account or not. I mentioned that when Comcast came to collect the money owed from the prior tenant, I told the tech take the equipment and I am new to the area. She ( Deon) apparently decided further inspection of my documents were needed and of course; No Cable as of yet!!! What a inconvenience and pain.Not to mention, bad business on Comcast part. She stated my area was HIGH RISK. WTF?? I wonder if they state that for Granite Bay or Roseville. ( Discrimination)!!! They are the ones are unworthy of MY BUSINESS.
