Sahra sat with us and with great patience investigated this issue until it was resolved. She was not selling us anything, so nothing in it for her except providing exemplary customer service. I started using other stores as my last experience was not favorable here and I didn't care for the staff. I will add that there was a limbo time before the exhausting switchover was complete so I am not sure if that had anything to do with it. I ended up going to another T-mobile store for a new device but that was a couple years ago. I use any other T-Mobile location but this location is convenient to the Sawmill area and decided to give it another try. This trip was for a T-Mobile Tuesday promotional umbrella. It was the closest store and I was in the area so I thought why not just go here. This was just an in and out visit for the offer. I did not have to talk about my plan, or service, as I am happy with what I using with T-mobile. Besides, I got a bit to pay on my device so don't even want to talk about upgrades now. Parkinng is out front and along the side if needed. The store is bright, clean, and well organized with simple displays. If you have T-Mobile as a service provider, I recommend checking out the T-Mobile Tuesdays program. I now have a collection of all kinds of T-Mobile goodies, have received discounts, and tried many food offers. This particular week was that T-mobile umbrella and I don't know about you but I can always use an extra one. I added the offer to the app, went in, talked to the rep, and redeemed my digital offer. This shop had more of a laid back feel and the employee that assisted me was in no hurry. He went in the back and I was beginning to wonder if he got lost. He returned with an umbrella and all was good and I was on my way. I felt like he was slightly annoyed but the shop had just recently opened and it didn't seem like they were prepared at all for the promotion.

The store wasn't crowded and the employee promptly greeted and assisted me. Since I didn't have any other questions/needs, I can't comment on the other facets of their customer service yet but definitely appreciated the warm, friendly, and expeditious service!

I would strongly suggest that you not purchase anything from this store. My wife and I went in…read moreduring the holiday season special, which included credits for free Iphone 13's if we signed up for their highest level plan and turned our old phones in. I gave the store mine that day. I received a new phone (my wife's was on backorder so she sent it in after she received her new one). We were told not to worry about the first bill, because all credits would get applied the second or third billing cycle once they received my wife's phone. This is when thing go down hill. Three billing cycles later, and after calling T-mobile, our bill for two phones/lines remained at $234 a month. We were promised multiple discounts from this store they could not follow through on. We were being charged almost $40 a month for "equipment costs". T-mobile customer service advised me to go back into this store to get it worked out but the guy working kept saying "we can't do anything". He couldn't take off the $40 worth of equipment costs (equipment being our new phones) and he couldn't take off the $42 in protection plans. When I said I wanted to return everything, he told me we can't because it's been longer than 14 days (above I was told to wait 2 or 3 billing cycles for all credits to get applied). He couldn't help in any way. When I started getting upset, he kept saying "all I am trying to do is help". We received very little of what they committed to. Bait and switch at this location. Promises with no follow through. Get them sold and get them out. I had to spend an hour on the phone with T-mobile customer service to get what I was promised. I will never go into this store again...I would advise you find another T-mobile location.
