I was told the technician would drop it by. It never came. No contact from them. Call today and was told by robot I would have a 2-hour wait to get through by phone. Frosting on the cake was I got a $30 increase on my bill, after I was told I would get a discount for the lousy modem over the last week. If I haven't had as bad experience experiences with a couple other providers, I would have dropped them long ago.

I was surprised to see that they charge my account for the bill not is not yet due until March 27th only because I just signed up for auto pay when I made my February payment. I was not forewarned.
