He was SUPER patient and willing to help my Dad find just the perfect phone to suit his needs. I was soooo grateful that Matthew was here today and helped us. While we were NOT his only customers at the time of our visit, what totally made me take notice of him is that (& NOT to mention that he was by himself BEING GREAT) he greeted each person, asked how he could help and assisted every customer that walked through these doors. The wifi was spotty in the kitchen or outside so if I was on a wifi call and walked outside my call would start cutting out.
