Today I went to the T Mobile at 3226 S Clack here in Abilene TX, what an experience. As many people…read morein my age group, I'm pretty ignorant to all these new fangled electronic gizmo. Lo and behold there was a savior there, Yari. After 2.5 hours she had me all fixed up with a new phone, with all of the info and my pictures transferred, and a new internet unit. While Yari was getting all of my new stuff together, the other staff when they passed the table would check to see if I needed anything. Even tho they were busy a couple of seconds stopping by to check on this old Disabled Vet was sure a welcome action. Overall, what a store, what a Team of employees. When I got home I called back to the store a spoke to Jacob, manager, and he treated me like I was a long time customer. He made sure that if I had any kind of problem to call or come in right away. From the top down, this store has one heck of a Team, and in my opinion led by Yari. Thank You Very Much.
