If you have to catch the Northstar Link commuter bus to the Northstar (train) try not to spend any amount of time inside the building because it is an absolute dump! It is in need of some serious renovation. The men's toilet is so nasty that a blowtorch may not be able to sanitize the thing completely. The machine that adds value to cards was not working. All the outlets are locked and have apparently been that way for years. On the plus side, the staff were very helpful. The outside is a lot better. The system itself is very nice although the town seems to close in on itself during the weekends. The buses are in good condition and are pleasant to ride (for a $1.25 per trip!). read more

I'm tired of the bus coming early. I've missed the bus twice because they came at least 10 minutes early. I'm always at the stop early. this is quite an inconvenience when you need to get to work. also, trying to call the transit center is a joke. I've been on hold 15 minutes and no one answers, very frustrating. read more

There is maybe one or two that have actually driven routes before and know what they are doing, the others are dumb as a box of rocks. The customer service provider by the dispatchers is excellent, as it is with a few of the drivers. Things seemed to completely go downhill after the old CEO left and they ended up with a new guy.

This past Thursday, I…read morewas scheduled on the 5:25pm bus out, and the 6:20pm bus made it before the 5:25, and to be even more absurd, while waiting to load for the 6:20 bus they told us that the 5:25 bus wasn't even going to come. This Greyhound station also doubles as the rest point for the Metro buses, so it's compatible with any other Metro bus stop, as in it's tiny and has the essentials: soda/snack machine and a seperate mens/womens bathroom. Although I've never been in the bathroom before, it looks fairly clean.

I stopped at this rest stop in St. Cloud as I was driving northbound back to Winnipeg. There was a…read moresnowstorm during my road trip, which had briefly dissipated by the time I got to Fuller Lake. It was windy. I parked and got out of my vehicle. I was hoping that the wind would blow me over to the building, but it was blowing sideways. I can't win 'em all! The walkway was nicely plowed. I had no problem walking up to the building to use the women's washroom. The stall that I used was nicely maintained. No issues. Everything was clean. This rest stop has vending machines. If you need drinks or snacks, you're in luck. The selection is decent. The machines accept coins, cash, and credit cards. As I was walking back to my vehicle, a man was plowing the sidewalk. On this day, it would be the last time I saw anyone clearing snow at any rest stop north of St. Cloud. The snowstorm got worse as I cut through North Dakota. I had a great experience here. It was good to stretch here before driving through the worst part of the snowstorm. (16)

There's an overall mindset amongst seasonals to 'keep up with the Jones' with respect to yard appearance, RV's, trailers, etc. I was a seasonal for three years, and ultimately the last straw was when it was suggested to me that I don't return the next season unless I upgraded my 28 foot travel trailer to something newer, because it didn't fit the look and feel of the place (apparently something older than 7 years wasn't good enough?). Also, management is very good at one thing: watching everyone like a hawk. If you want to always feel like you're every move is being scrutinized, this is the place for you!
