He set up a replacement fridge at their store to make sure that it was working and cooling before it was delivered to me, that way I wouldn't be stuck in the same situation. He also saw that I had lost a lot of food due to not having a working fridge and offered to send me a check to replace my food. I really did not expect a reimbursement and that means a lot to me that he would do that. I'm excited to have a working fridge again! ]]] I have been very disappointed with the customer service and quality of items purchased at this location. I have also talked to friends and family who were disappointed with their service. I had a new fridge delivered on Friday that still has not begun cooling 3 days later. I called Saturday after it had been running 24 hours and was told to turn the freezer down all the way (the installer had it on the medium coolness while the fridge was on the coldest setting) and wait 24 hours then call back. They should have just sent someone out here to check it out that day since they knew they were closed on Sundays and that it had already been over 24 hours with no cooling at all. I called back today (after all the food I had put in a 3-day cooler had been ruined) and they said they'd pass it on to the installer who would get back to be within 1-2 hours (which I doubt since he was supposed to show up 1-5 PM on Friday and didn't show up until close to 6 PM). I get the feeling like this issue will still not be solved today. It seems like their customer service plan is to ignore their customer's problems and hope that they go away. I will be telling everyone I know that they should not do any business with this company. read more

Poor customer service from sales associate and failure to follow up with required paperwork on rebates for purchased appliances. I was purchasing my appliances from the Edmond location. The associate gave me great information and I selected some appliances. The associate mentioned the great rebates and told me 2 of my appliances would qualify for the rebate. Before we ordered the appliances I upgraded a final piece giving me 3 qualifying pieces. This made my rebate $300, which offset the upgraded cost. The associate said he would get me the required paperwork to file for the rebate. After never receiving the paperwork I began calling to request the paperwork. Some times I was able to get a hold of the associate and he mentioned that he would send me the paperwork again. Most times I just left messages with the receptionist to no avail. After moving into my new house and never receiving the paperwork I enlisted the help of my builder to get the required forms. The associate finally got the forms to me through my builder on June 9th. However the Final Date for submission is June 5th. I tried to file late anyways but that didn't work. While getting the serial numbers I noticed that only 2 of my appliances actually qualified for the rebate. So there was a discrepancy in what was delivered and what the original associate sold me. I called Metro Appliances and More to see if someone else could help and the new associate was very helpful, However after speaking to the factory rep, there was nothing that could be done. The original associate sat on the paperwork until it was too late to file. I asked to speak to a manager and left a message. No one ever called me back. This company has lost me $300 and is not willing to assist me in any way. Your Desired Resolution: I am asking that Metro Appliances and More write me a check for the $300. My rebate window is closed due to Metro Appliances associates. read more

The worse service I have ever had. I bought a full kitchen setup ( fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave). My fridge broke in two months and they would have to replace a part or get me a new fridge. The salesman laid to me and said he would call first thing the next morning, which he never did. It has been three days and still don't have a fridge that works. Also the salesperson( Troy) finally called me back today and told me that I could just call whirlpool and deal with it myself, if I am going to give him attitude. If I could give zero stars, I would! Terrible and I mean TERRIBLE customer service. My fiancé walked in here to purchase a washer and dryer and the girl at the front desk barely looked up from her phone to greet us. We continued to walk in and started looking at the washer/dryer sets they had. Absolutely no one came by to help us, and mind you, this was our very first time to purchase a washer and dryer. We finally picked the ones we wanted (only because they were good quality and cheaper than other locations we had previously looked at) yet we sat waiting and blatantly STARING at the employees with no one coming to help. I finally lost it and quite loudly said "does anyone want to help us purchase something?" To where an employee walking by decided he would. The entire interaction with the employee took a whole 5 minutes. If you're looking for a place with cheap but quality appliances, I would come here. But that's the absolute only reason to. read more

If I could give zero stars I would do it. Worst experience we've ever had trying to buy an entire house full of appliances. You'd think walking in somewhere and buying 20,000 dollars worth if appliances you'd get good service. Quite the opposite. After we tried to place our order no one would call us back for weeks. I finally had to get in contact with manager. After we purchased they explained to use they don't really hold OUR appliances. They sell them first come first serve and when it's time for us to move Into Our new home they may or may not have our appliances and could have to wait up to 2 weeks to get them..... The delivery was a nightmare. They delivered the wrong thing, broken Appliances, missing parts etc. Now 3 months after getting our wine cooler it breaks. We called someone out. They said there was a leak. With 40 bottles of wine in the frig it got up to 80 degrees quickly. I transferred the wine as much as I could to my big frig and it takes up the entire frig. Metro not only didn't place the order in time for their "weekly" shipment but we wouldn't get one for two weeks. Most of my red is ruined and well have to see about the white. It's going on 3 weeks of a broken frig and a big frig full of wine that can't be used for groceries. Worst part is the customer service area is absolutely terrible!! I'll hit Home Depot, lowes or any other place before I ever go back there! Everyone price matches!! That's not that impressive anymore!!! read more

I went to the Edmond store on November 9, 2017 for Metro's one day sale. I was there for one hour from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. I asked for help TWICE at the entrance desk and NO ONE help me. BAD customer service. read more

The worst service. Ever. We went in to pick out a refrigerator for our new build. We couldn't get anyone to help us. Once we did find someone, he acted annoyed to help us. We ended up buying one using our builder's discount only to find that it did not meet the specs in our home very well. The salesperson told us that it would. When we tried to return it, they refused. We had to sell it and lost a lot of money. We will never go back and have discouraged all of our friends from shopping here as well. read more
