Let me start by saying Monica has been cutting my hair now for about a year, for context. Since day one, she made sure to address any and all concerns regarding my cut and styling needs so we could come up with a proper plan. The first cut was perfect and exactly what I thought I was looking for but she went above and beyond and guided me through her plan so that my hairstyle would improve as we let it grow out a bit so she had enough hair to work with. Over the next couple appointments I saw my hair transform into something I had never been able to get with other people. The feedback she was giving me and her response to my own feedback made the process efficient and comfortable. Once we reached a point where my hair was about as perfect as I was hoping for, it was easy enough to maintain and style for myself at home (something I was having trouble with beforehand).
