I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lynch and the entire team at TruOrtho…read more This was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. I had been in the ER at 1 a.m. that morning with severe neck and shoulder pain, and the ER physician personally referred me to Dr. Lynch. Before I even had a chance to call TRUORTHO myself, their office proactively called ME around 9 a.m. and managed to squeeze me into the schedule for 2:30 that same afternoon. I was already incredibly grateful before I even walked through the door. Every person I encountered--from the front office staff to the team taking my X-rays--was kind, helpful and compassionate. Then I met Dr. Lynch, and the experience somehow got even better. Dr. Lynch spent approximately 45 minutes with my husband and me. She let me explain everything I had been experiencing, asked questions, performed an incredibly thorough examination and, most importantly, looked at the WHOLE picture. I have cervical/neck issues as well as problems involving my shoulder, rhomboid and right arm, and she immediately recognized how interconnected everything could be. I have previously seen two other orthopedic surgeons, and this was the first time I felt like someone truly connected all of those pieces. She also explained everything in a way that I could actually understand as someone without a medical background. At one point, she literally drew me a diagram of the shoulder to explain what was happening and how an MRI doesn't always tell the entire story. That meant so much to me. She recommended a corticosteroid injection because of the amount of inflammation in my shoulder. I was VERY nervous about having a needle inserted into my shoulder joint, and she immediately reassured me that her PA was fantastic. She was absolutely right! The injection was ultrasound-guided, and I felt no pain whatsoever--only some pressure. Even better, I bruise incredibly easily and have had minimal bruising. Approximately 48 hours later, I woke up and realized something that honestly shocked me: for the first time in weeks, I was not in severe pain. My pain had dropped to around a 2 out of 10. I actually turned to my husband and said, "Oh my God--I don't hurt!" And Dr. Lynch didn't stop at treating my shoulder. She referred me to a specific physical therapist, whose office contacted me the very next day, and her instructions were extremely clear that they need to address the entire interconnected area--not simply my shoulder in isolation. She also referred me to a spine specialist so that my cervical and spinal issues can be properly evaluated as part of the bigger picture. THAT is comprehensive care. What impressed me most about Dr. Lynch was that I never felt rushed, dismissed or reduced to one MRI or one body part. She listened. She examined. She explained. She connected the dots. And then she created a plan to address the whole problem. Dr. Lynch and the team at TruOrtho have my absolute highest recommendation. The level of compassion, thoroughness, expertise and coordination of care I experienced was extraordinary. I am so incredibly thankful that I was referred to her and finally feel like I have someone looking at the entire picture. Dr. Lynch and her team truly felt like angels on earth when I desperately needed help. Five stars doesn't feel like enough.

I was in a car wreck and they threatened to cancel my appointment over it. Still waiting to see the doc over an hour and 15 min after my appointment unfortunately, when you see her she's great but clear your day to be here. Update: The doctor never even saw me, the PA did.

I was referred to this clinic by my primary doctor…read more Booking: Getting an appointment is super easy and they are friendly over the phone. I thought it was odd the appointments are 15 minute time slots, but I moved forward. I asked how much it would cost since my deductible is very high, they said they don't know until I show up for the appointment. I thought that was odd. Online system: The appointment showed up in my portal. I was able to easily fill out all the necessary paperwork online. Doctor office: It has ample parking. It is easy to find in the building. The front staff are friendly, clueless because again I asked how much, they had no idea. Doctor: The doctor was running late, but used to that. I was willing to wait since I wanted to know what was wrong. I had a CD of my MRI ready. The doctor came in said don't need the MRI, I got the report. He said I need surgery and poked the problem stop and asked it that hurt. Since it did that was enough to confirm I needed surgery. Okay, I am not a doctor, he is and probably sees these all the time. I had notes written and I looked down to refer to the list of questions, I took notes, and then caught the doctor staring at his watch. He had an emergency surgery scheduled later in the day and he was irritated by my questions. After 10 minutes, he matter of fact gave me my options and said book another appointment if I have follow up questions. In a bit of shock, I agreed and left. Notes: a few days later I got a notice that my doctor notes were in the portal, I looked at the notes and doctor was clearly not paying attention because he got the months wrong, I said May and the notes showed March. Bill: My bill was over $300 for less than 15 minutes visit! They charged my insurance a 45 minute appointment. They charged me for waiting on the doctor! When I called the billing department to ask why the bill was so high, they said the 45 minutes is not only for the doctor but for the back end staff. I explained that is not right when I have to pay a high deductible for insurance. After this bill and the doctor being bothered by my presence and did not look at my body part other than poke where the problem area is, I will not go back to this clinic or recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else. I did and got better service at a better rate.

Normally I do not believe in posting reviews of medical professionals on Yelp but because they have…read morea link on their website, here it goes. Dr. John Chance and PA Ashley are great providers, they get 5 stars. They listen and do thorough physical exams. They were able to order a STAT MRI for my groin pain and contact insurance about authorization while I was in the office for my appointment. But that is the only great thing about this office. Their administration, billing and phone triage could use much work as there is nothing personalized about their service. 1. I was told my PT would be $50 for each visit but then I get a bill for almost $200 in additional charges. I spoke to Donna, practice administrator, in the office and told she would look into it. 1 month later and no follow up, even after I called a second time. I refuse to pay for services that they can not justify for charging. 2. When it comes to getting an urgent appointment, forget about it because that is "not their policy." I first tried to get an appointment for follow up once I completed my MRI but until they got the results in hand, I would not be scheduled. So I went 6 days with no verbal results on my MRI until the PA called me back. While she was out of town, no one else bothered to let me know my results and that I should be on crutches. Then, when I call to schedule a Same Day Appointment, due to having increased pain, they only do that if there is a fracture present. Well there is and still no appointment given. I understand there are policies in place for a reason. However, when your business is to treat patients, sometimes policies have to be moved navigated a different way.

My four sessions were done in a span of only two weeks which was less time than my primary care physician would have even been able to get me in just for an appointment to then refer to a podiatry specialist- that route probably would have been months longer and a lot more costly. Not only does Airrosti do the hands on treatment but also teaches you KT taping techniques and long term stretches to help reoccurrence. Overall I was satisfied with the care this location provided. Prompt appointments, friendly staff that really seemed to care about my recovery and ended up being way more cost effective than the traditional route of pcp/specialty referral. Would not hesitate to recommend them or return again if needed.

Airrosti did not disappoint. As a matter of fact, Dr Burns and Jason did more for me in my first visit, than anyone did in the past 5 years. They took the time to listen to me and formulate a plan. Dr Burns did the manipulation and Jason helped me with exercises....all planned perfectly to relieve me of pain. What reinforced it for me was when they told me that they wanted to fix me, not adopt me. In other words, they're not looking to milk me for money....rather they genuinely wanted to fix me. It took me 3 visits to be on the road to full recovery. As long as I keep up the exercises, I should be good. They have a app that has videos of how the exercises should be done. Highly recommend Airrosti and specifically this office if you need pain relief.

At times it looks like they need more staff to keep up the amount of clients they have, but they some how make it through. They all try to genuinely make you feel comfortable by asking about you, day to day activities and family, that's really sweet and kind of them to get to know you and not just your injury they are helping you overcome. The experienced staff take the time to properly train their newer staff on how to do exercises and the reasoning behind it. they also make sure there is empathy and kindness behind their guidance too. Also, big shout out to Valerie for being a wonderful receptionist. Keep up the great work all of you, but of course within your mental limits. ^_^ Dr. Ely Ann Gonzalez is amazing! She's quirky, fun, super knowledgeable, empathetic, and overall helpful. I wish more doctors existed like her in the medical field. She may look young but her brain is wise. Dr. Gonzalez wants the best for you and really takes concern of your well-being. She is a breath of fresh air. My experience here was beautifully warming. I'm a shy person that doesn't do well in loud, busy environments, but here I started to feel a homey and accepted. If I ever need to attend physical therapy again, I know where I will be headed. -C. It had been like this for 3 weeks & anti-inflammatory meds & icing weren't helping. I arrived 20 minutes early and had pre-filled my Patient Forms online earlier. The MA, Amanda called me in about 10 minutes before my appt, took a Q&A of my symptoms & told me I'd get an Xray first; The Xray tech escorted me to the back & took some Xrays & I went back to the exam room. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Alexandra Matthews came in & recognized me as I saw her in 2018 for knee pain & treatment. I told her my symptoms & she checked my elbow & confirmed that I had "Tennis Elbow." She suggested a Steroid injection to give relief within 24-48 hours. While she was injecting me she was telling me to think about my upcoming vacation & what I was looking forward to so I wouldn't focus on the stinging feeling. She had given me injections on my knee before so I had an idea. Dr. Matthews was pleasant & had a nice demeanor as in 2018 so I was pleased with that. She even commented on how detailed my answers were on the Patient Forms & she was so happy for that! She wanted me to get PT & a followup appt so next up was Dr. Brandon, the PT. Brandon came in to talk to me about my issue, showed me on a Human Body Muscular diagram what area is affected, why & how they'll approach therapy & modalities. I asked him a few questions & he was very thorough & easy to understand. Afterwards, I set up my appointments on 2 parts of the checkout counter. One for the followup & the other with the PT scheduler. This place is a well-oiled machine & runs with efficiency & professionalism. We'll see how the PT visits pan out!
