The lady we met in their spacious, air-conditioned building walked us outside to a patch of gravel we might have missed, explained the whole process mentioned earlier, and invited us to ask questions as needed. They had set up another account, and it had an error in the number and e-mail. Bummer. It was close to closing time.... They could have said "sorry about that, we'll call on Monday". When I let them know that I had scheduled a crew to come out Sunday early to spread the dirt, they jumped into action. The made things happen fast.
