I was really starting to feel immersed in the story of the 1953 Everest expedition. Unfortunately, we then had several technical issues, especially with my wife's headset, and had to stop two or three times for assistance. That completely broke the immersion for me. For my wife, it was even worse: the floor appeared distorted and she struggled to see properly for much of the experience. When we mentioned it, we were told that what she was seeing was basically normal, which made us feel that the issue wasn't really acknowledged. Technical problems can happen, but a genuine apology, some understanding, or an invitation to return would have made a big difference. The parts that worked were genuinely impressive, which is why it was so disappointing you can really see how good this experience could be. Small touches like colder air during the Everest sections or footprints appearing in the snow could make it even more immersive. The young woman at the entrance was extremely kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend it at the moment and I don't feel it was worth the price. Until the technical issues are more consistently resolved, I would personally wait before booking. That said, I'd be happy to hear from the team and give the experience another chance if it could be properly delivered.

My child wanted to try out 1 of the games. You have to purchase a card with points in order to play so the employee did the screen prompts himself and the card never came out. We went to the game my child wanted to play and he swiped a bunch of random cards they had laying around and none of them had enough points for the game. He couldn't open the machine to see what happened and made us wait for another employee to get back so she could open the machine. She opened it and resolved nothing. At this point we had to leave and they refused to refund me. They claimed only the owner could issue a refund and they were unavailable. They took my info and of course I never heard back from them. Absolutely unprofessional and such a scam!!!! Never go there!!! There's a reason why the place was completely empty.

The experience lasted for 45 mins total but I do wish it was longer. Overall it was a fun game, you experience multiple rooms as a Goblin through VR. The staff is there to assist you throughout when you're stuck on parts of the puzzle. Some of the downsides were the headset audio not being loud enough. You can hear everyone else's VR experiences around you which can distract and make it hard for you to hear things clearly in the game.

I had booked the Mission Galaxy Rescue Escape experience on Saturday evening, November 23rd for a…read moreparty of 13 people. During the event, we ran into several major issues that completely ruined the experience. To list them: - Objectives were skipped or were not working properly - The interactivity between the rooms was not working - One of the rooms did not initialize properly and it required the entire event to be restarted midway through (This can be seen in one of the uploaded photos, the indicator lights showing where we were in regards to the completion of the room was already lit up to 3 out of the 4 lights when we had first entered) To expand on the last point, a room was stuck in a glitched state that did not register our actions, particularly during the wiring objective (This can be seen in two of the uploaded photos, I included the correct wiring as well as the correct wiring guide). We had attempted to contact staff during this time and the speakers were too quiet to have a conversation and explain that something was wrong. It took several minutes to get a staff member to help us, and several more to reset the room again. The staff member did what he could to assist us and that we appreciate, however the solution to "make-up" the lost time was to get handheld during the remainder of the experience. I hope this is clear enough to say that for a $694.28 experience, two rooms being glitchy with one needing a full reset is unacceptable. The employee had stated that some credit can be given due to the severity of the issues, however I was not looking for credit given the circumstances. He gave us an email to contact the manager of this business for a refund. I had emailed the provided email address as well as the one connected to a feedback link three times now with no answer. It has been about 2 weeks without any response. Extremely disappointing experience, I would not go again and am actively looking to for a refund. I only wish I could find a way to get back the wasted hour of my life.
