I couldn't wait to get out of this place after they raised my rent by 25%. I was paying $350 for a…read more10 x 7 unit that I had for the past 12 years. If I wanted to rent that same until from the same place, it was probably about $150 a month after they added the required insurance, taxes and fees. So instead of keeping a long time customer, I moved out and went somewhere else where I'm paying less than 1/2 for a bigger unit. The other issue with this place is that there are only two carts so if you get there on a busy day you better bring your own. At the new one I go to there are 4 carts and the place is not as big. Oh and no bathrooms -- those are gone now.

When you rent a Uhaul make sure you read the fine print and ask questions if something is not clear. The attendants are not mind readers. You cannot expect them to know what your questions are if you don't ask or if you are not prepared. They will answer the questions to the best of their ability. If somebody at their office cannot answer your questions then find somebody who can. Instead of having to complain alot because you didn't know something and they failed to tell you because you never asked the "question" or made an inquiry about it. Don't just settle for I don't know, get your answer first before signing up for anything to avoid complaints. The Assistant Manager Arnie was very precise, professional, answers all questions, direct to the point and no BS! Ask the right questions and you get the right answers fast with superb service!

You are always treated like a neighbor and a friend! Outstanding customer service, just great folks that REALLY care! I would advise anyone seeking a storage facility in the area to drop on in. The prices are fantastic, too! Up front and honest, nothing hidden or shady.
