It had a cracked screen and the "2" zoom camera is busted. I feel like although this is the case, the 11 is a lot better than my iPhone 8 which I have had since 2015. I tried to reset the phone back to its factory settings, but it was frustrating that I got phantom typing and many frustrating glitches. I decided to look on Yelp and see what the best-rated iPhone repair we is in Temecula. JI repair was on top of the list. It's located in Murrieta and I gave them a quick call. The person I was dealing with was professional and knowledgeable about the repairs. I feel like with investing a little I would have graduated from the eighth version instead of spending more money. Long story short, I stopped by the shop and they offered to replace the damaged screen with a high-quality screen protector and make a repair on my busted camera for only $140 instead of spending $700 or so for a new version. I didn't feel too confident at first about this phone working again. I was surprised that JI did an amazing job and it came out as if it were brand new again. Everything is operating as it should be with no issues at all. The work only took three hours and the price is quite affordable. The technician was thorough with their delivery. Provided the service as expected. I will certainly come back to JI again for all my mobile repairs.

I appreciated that and decided to take my computer over when we realized it wasn't a simple fix. It took several weeks before I had to reach out for an update. Apparently he had a surgery and admitted to neglecting the computer and failing to communicate. He told me the fix in which case I told him I agreed and to make the fix. Again radio silence. This time months later I reach out and he apologizes and He mentioned since he had it for several months he was willing to fix it for the cost of parts. I agreed. Several months past and at this point I was fed up and reached out again. Same thing , admitting to neglect and apologizing for lack of communication. Very lame to take in jobs and not be transparent with clients. When I went to pick up my computer he made sure to brag about a super computer he was building for a client. LIKE I CARE. Mr. coppens is a very nice man…read more I picked Coppens because of the good reviews, only one negative review and he was willing to come to the house for a very reasonable fee. That cinched my decision! As soon as he arrived and tried to pry open the back of my computer, I suggested he take the screws out first. That should have been my first clue. But again, those great reviews.... He took out the power box and we ordered together, a new one. He took my computer home to finish the 'repair' when the new boxe arrived. When he received the new power box, he told me it worked for 5 seconds then the computer again turned off. My original problem was my computer just shut down. So he said it might be the motherboard which he doesn't do repairs on, AND he said 'to tell you the truth, I don't think it'd be worth it to put money into it to fix it." NOTE: My computer is a great computer, above the average home computer. It's 5 years old. I asked him to bring me back my computer with the 2 power boxes, the original one and the new one. He brought it back to me a few days later, no power box installed and only one of the screws to hold the back of the computer was there. :( Long story short, ha, I told him I would be getting a 2nd opinion. The next day I took it to another person and he fixed it within a couple of hours. He said, the place you plug in the power box, the pins were bent and the casing cracked with a small piece broken off. He was able to straighten the pins and get the new power box in and the computer works great! I can assure you, the pins were not bent when Mr. Coppens took my computer.
