The representative "Daniel" mislead us that we could pick it up a day early, then at the last minute refused this. He assured us that they had services to repair the RV in the area we were going, but apparently that only applies to roadside service and I doubt that too. Made several calls and text messages to get the issues resolved, but they were slow to answer if they answered at all. "Daniel" said the microwave was "not an internal part of the Motorhome" and refused to reimburse us if we purchased another. "Daniel" refused to accept any responsibility and kept directing us to"Outdoorsey" the online rental service that directed us to Phoenix Motorhomes LLC. "Outdoorsey" is a dead end. Won't answer the phone, keeps you on hold indefinitely listening to an obnoxious mind numbing jingle until you give up. Outdoorsey does respond back on their website either except to make the reservation and take your money. "Daniel" finally sent me a message that he was now blocking my calls and text messages. I placed a temporary cardboard sign on the back of the motorhome warning others not to rent from "Phoenix Motorhomes LLC" and upon returning the RV the owner "Ludwig" became enraged, committed ASSAULT AND BATTERY upon me (a senior citizen) and attempted to forcibly and violently take the sign from my hand. The police were called and criminal charges are being pursued. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from this company or Outdoorsey.

Nothing did, we had a great time, and a quick return process. Some great things about this place: 1. They don't inflate prices for festival or holiday weekends. 2. The don't nickel and dime you (...for example, we cleaned up as best we could given the situation, and they didn't stress about it even though it wasn't perfect) 3. Their prices are really reasonable, and they only have a three day minimum. 4. They are incredibly friendly and great to work with.

It was big enough for the kids to run around in, but small enough we could easily pack up and drive around each day.   They provided pillows and warm blankets, enough so that we stayed warm a couple nights where the temps got below freezing, April in the Colorado mountains can be cold, but we were fine. The kitchen also was well stocked with everything we needed.  The company accommodated our one way request of Phoenix to Durango, and they fielded our call on the first night when we couldn't figure out how something worked. Boho's systems and procedures were tighter and the end result is gorgeous! There were some challenges along the way, as there always are, but David and Brett and the whole team came together to solve things. They are definitely upper echelon van builders in every way. Let me start by saying that Harvey the van we rented was great fun and had all your needs for camping! Our experience was great we had the van for 2 weeks which is the longest boho said that have ever rented out. We traveled over 4000 miles in that Van and gave us no problems. We were able to stop at campgrounds rv parks anywhere you wanted to stay. The bed in the van comfortable. Has your cooler which is solar powered (no I've needed). Outlets for charging any of the devices you might carry. running water shower in the back. I'll tell you it it's what you want to have on wheels and compact so you can get wherever you need to. The downside is that it does eat up alot of gas. So if your planning on traveling make sure you budget extra money for gas. Also not much hanging room for clothes and such for when you are on the road. Has plenty of storage for the van that we have. Maybe should add a shower curtain to the back. And so e straps for things that are inside the van. The guys are fun to work with... we had a little bit of an issue but the owner David (great guy) was able to find us a resolution without having our concerns unheard or felt like we were getting taken advantage of.

They tried their…read morebest to help -- it was the CORPORATE decision makers and policies that are entirely unsatisfactory The first words on Cruise America's website on why a customer should choose the company are: ***Peace of Mind -- The stress-free convenience of vacationing with your room on your back allows families and friends to travel comfortably and in style*** Truly false advertising, because Cruise America's Rental Agreement details the ways in which they assume no responsibility for any of the features of the RV that would mitigate stress or enable comfort!!! Most of the Agreement details the responsibility and liability that the renter assumes, and the 772 words within sections 9 & 10 make it abundantly clear that it will not be a "stress free, convenient or comfortable" experience should anything go wrong. Even if, as in our case, problem was entirely due to Cruise America's failure to maintain the unit that caused the issue. And even though a simple solution was available (mechanic they sent to diagnose was at campsite with us & the nonfunctional generator and the part that needed to be replaced was just 20 minutes away & he was willing to install onsite) Cruise America would not authorize it to be delivered--despite my offer to pay for an Uber to pickup & deliver! Cruise America's admitted in writing that the company knows it's not true! The representative's exact words -- copied & pasted from his email response: "Our website messaging, including phrases such as "Peace of Mind" and "stress-free convenience," reflects the intended experience we strive to provide our customers. However, those statements are general marketing language and are not contractual guarantees." !!! Though we had zero use of the unit during our 7 day rental their final restitution was equal to just 1.5 days of the cost, with agreement not to claim for more. So this review is solely to warn renters that their advertising-by their own admission-is meaningless. If you want to use a/c, heater, microwave, electric outlets, charge your phone etc you'll need full hookup capability

We had a great experience with Michele during our pick up, she was very descriptive with how everything works, and even so kind to respond to some late night text messages when we had a few questions! When we got there Chad walked us through the entire process and how to set it up once we got to our destination. Everything was great we had a great time it was so spacious and the AC worked great. They hooked us up with an RV that had the things we needed along with a generator in case we stayed somewhere with no electricity we traveled to San Diego and up the coast. The RV was clean and stocked with everything we could need. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend you try it. When we returned the RV Chad made it so easy, and helped us get it all checked in! They also rent UTVs and we can't wait to come back and give them a try they were super affordable compared to the Cruise America RV rentals that wanted to charged us triple the cost that Apache Canyon Rentals charged. And the deposit was half the cost and the fees were supper affordable! We love Apache Canyon Rentals!

But most important of all, the bed was so comfortable. Why even rent a camper if you are not going to get good sleep? The bed was spacious, cozy and had high quality sheets so we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped, we cooked every meal for the trip. It really feels like home after a couple nights. The host was so helpful and they provided complete guidance to keep everything running smoothly. The hardware to hook up was top of the line and made it quick and easy to get set up and pack up. TV, speaker and awning with the light were the cherry on top for entertainment. It was an amazing weekend in Sedona!

People could escape the big crowd, nap, or play games in the RV. It was ideal. The RV itself was super clean and fully stalked with everything but food. We enjoyed the fire pit as well.
