I have used them for every move for years. They are professional and extremely polite. You won't be disappointed!

Not sure when the decline in customer service happened . VERY disappointed . Let me say first that they moved us TO Ellijay in 2012. They were meticulous , efficient and thorough ! We were exceedingly pleased . So...fast forward to March 2016. We adamantly wanted to use them again because they were SO great the first time , reasonably priced, hard workers, and military friendly . I called Kayla, set up the 'eyes on' estimate with Anthony (he said he's been with the company for a long time) and he showed up, on time ,and took inventory of our move. (I explained beforehand that this would be a 1200 mile move to New England .)We needed 2 estimates so we could decide what and how much (or if) to self move, etc. We waited 2 days and no call came so we called...and called...and called some more. Each time we received the answering machine and left Kayla a message to please call us back.We never did receive a call back with the estimate. Not sure if it was due to a family emergency (understandable, but a later call would suffice) they were too busy to accept our business , OR if they simply didn't want to fool with a long distance move from GA to NH. Either way, it was BEYOND unprofessional to just never return 8, YES EIGHT , calls for service or requesting a simple 'yes' or 'no' we can or can't help you with this move. It got down to the wire and we had to get a company lined up so we gave up trying to call them or even waiting for the courtesy of a call back. (Note: In the voicemails we left , it was clearly explained to them that if they were unable or chose not to do the move it really was fine ...we just needed to know so we could line up another company . In the past they've all been very nice people. :) Bottom line...a return call was needed and even though they did a great job for us 4 years ago...something has changed in the professionalism of the company and they clearly dropped the ball this time . We cannot recommend them for that reason alone. read more
