They had trouble fixing that bad valve, but they didn't give up. They stayed until the job was done, which took several hours due to leaks in the underground pipes. At any point they could've given up and left me with an underground leak, but they took pride in their work. They did not try to charge me extra beyond what they initially quoted. When I had problems with low water pressure afterwards, they came back out and checked the main water supply. The quickly solved the problem, again, without an extra charge. These are good men of integrity, and I recommend them!

He did not deliver on services he said I needed and paid him for. I also questioned his work at the final walk through before he left and got excuse after excuse about "this is how it is" as if I would just blindly accept his shoddy work. I was not born yesterday. I have had to hire an entire crew to come back and redo ALL the work Jacob was paid for. Now, I can see the true magnitude of his incompetency and all the true damage to our property.
