The tacos were smaller with less filling than usual, and the guac and salsa were very stringy. The waitress told me they had a special lunch pricing for tacos of any kind. I asked her if two specific tacos they showed were included in that lunch special, she replied "Yes they are". Besides the aforementioned quality issues with the food, when the bill came the price was more than 50% higher than the special was priced at. I asked the waitress why. She said those two tacos were not included. I said to her, "You told me they were!?" She repeated "No they weren't" and she called someone from behind the counter over to the table. The situation was explained, the other person repeated "Sorry sir, they are not included" and didn't care that their waitress said they were (the waitress admitted she said that!) and they charged me full price despite the misinformation they gave me. No apology, no doing the right thing, nothing. I paid the bill, left, and have not been back. In summation: The food was so-so. The service was not good. The attitude was poor. And the price was a ripoff.

With all of that being said, the carne asada street tacos were definitely my favorite of everything, followed by the carnitas then finally the birria tacos. The salsa verde they served in the cup was as authentic as they come, and I put that sh** on every single bite. Something about the salsa verde in the bottle just wasn't hitting the same. As my family was wrapping everything up, this nice young lady approached us and offered complimentary churros for the kids! Super nice of them. This experience was definitely a 9/10 for me. Since then, they have been one of the most amazing spots ever. Great food, a variety of options, so many specials and amazing service. Every person that works at all these locations has always been friendly. I haven't dined in at the new one yet but from what I see they have a full bar and the ambience looks great. Their steak is always perfectly cooked, medium rare, juicy most and packed with flavor. All of their meat options are absolutely delicious. They are limited on the sauces they provide but I am so happy they are consistent throughout. I've had their burritos, their wings, their enchiladas their chicken you name it. You will always see me here as this will remain one of my consistent places to dine in or for take out.
